Not when Steven Tyler is around.@@nathanliu8615
Absolutely 💯. I have a feeling its going to be amazing! Btw, congratulations, really proud of you. ❤️
❤
Tyler screaming into a harmonica mic is the best thing ive seen today
I just watched a Slash interview where he said Steven was down there in another recording studio doing something else and just asked "can I play harmonica on that". That's the coolest thing, don't pay me just let me add a little somethin to your track.
That was so rad!
Gotta love it!
Better then axle
Steven Tyler is a fantastic harmonica player
Brian's voice sounds fantastic here because he's singing within the range that actually suits him in 2024. Love it.
I'd be interested to know if there is any pitch correction fakery happening though.
Brain has a great "normal" register voice - Check him out before he joined AC/DC in the band Geordie
ua-cam.com/video/sKCtHOICXtE/v-deo.html
La voz de Brian aquí es magnífica, le queda tan bien el blues 👌🏻
@@siberianhusky5874: Doubt it. Pitch correction would probably quash those blues nuances you hear, the low croons, growls, and vibratos. At any rate, those nuances certainly aren't INTRODUCED by pitch correction, that's pure expressive command.
Brian sounds awful as he always has done, someone described acdc as " cats screeching" that's the perfect description,
acdc are the most overrated band in history
Slash is better than this
Brian has a great blues voice
As a big AC/DC Fan, i must say, that they should have done more blues Songs with brian. Boogie man live, Satellite blues are such good Songs!!!!!!!!
I have always considered ACDC just a loud blues band.
Its hard to imagine, but slash is playing with his childhood idols.....
YES!!!
Yes he is. But he grew up around celebrity musicians all his life.
He also sang with two other idols of his childhood - Lemmy and Ozzy - in 1992's "I ain't no nice guy" song from Motörhead's "March or die" album.
Who ever thought we'd see Brian Johnson, Slash, and Steven Tyler on one song? One forgets how good and soulful Brian's voice is when he sings in a normal range. Spectacular!
Soulful? Yeah, I guess. Good? 😶 So.... _not_ pitch-corrected here?
Spectacular? 😬 Err, I think we can put that descriptor to the side - for more applicable situations.
I have no use for Aerosmith, but Steven Tyler I deeply respect for what he has done outside of Aerosmith.
@@paulfriedrich1686 Like making his daughter act like a slut in his music videos
This style seems to put out best of Brian.
I didn't know Steven Tyler could play the harmonica that well. Awesome group doing a rocking Blues tune. Love to see all of them tour?!!!
Slash doesn't sounds like GnR and Brian Johnson voice doesn't sounds like AC/DC. That's the best of this song. Congratulations, it's a great tune! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Don’t forget screaming Steven Tyler with harmonics
I completely agree. At first I was like is that the guy from AC/DC? I think the song is great.
Brian sounds a bit like Kim Wilson on this and actually so does Steven on harp!
The three of them need to do a full blues album. This one song leaves you wanting more!
Tribute to the blues 😉 🖤
Absolutely 💯💯💯😁😁
You so right!
Orgy Of The Damned. Drops 17 May 24! 😄👍🤘
1000%! Would love to hear Red House from this combo!
If that solo doesn't get Slash into the Blues Hall of Fame, there's something wrong with this planet.
often when I listen to blues lead guitar it loses me in places, while Slash here grabs you by the nuts and he never lets go
#FattyOnCouch
Haven't you noticed? There's something wrong with the planet ;)
Same goes for Steve’s harp playing, that was killer!
I Can tell you for sure it wont. Slash is bad to the bone rock player. Blues… hmmmm not so much

Slash playing some gorgeous blues - check. Brian Johnson singing in a way I never knew he could - check. Steven Tyler playing some sick Harmonica - yes please.
Love every moment of this.
Go check out a band Brian Johnson was in before ACDC, Geordie. Awesome. He surprised me too.
steven tyler, not even going to say who I thought that was folks just think im being a dick, sure hadnt seen him in along time.I dont come out of the holler much ! Kentucky life ! or no life , either way yea !
This is Awesome and Stevie is too. So I feel like a dick for saying what I must. If Stevie can do that Harmonica work. He can play the concert he owes me and the thousands that paid for Aerosmith/Black Crowes before his illness. Maybe he can get some other singers to come help.
Indeed. This ticked all the boxes for me. Loved it!!!
@Rockingoodman There's a huge difference between playing a harmonica & singing. The man blew out his vocal cords & had to have surgery & then recovery/PT. Then the entire tour has to be planned all over again, and in a way that hopefully this won't happen again. But the good news is, according to an acquaintances sources that planning is almost complete and the tour is expected to begin in September.
It is hard to imagine in 2024. You hear a song on the radio and you have no idea who it is but that is exactly what happened tonight. I heard this amazing, crunchy blues, vocal, great harmonica, unbelievable guitar solo, and a rhythm section that was to die for, as soon as the song was over and the DJ announced who it was, I was blown away. I heard it in real time with no idea of who it was. That hasn’t happened to me in years obviously because technology, of even though I can hear the song anytime I want now, I will never forget that moment in the car
Loved loved loved all of it. First time in forever that a song had me in its grip on the first hearing. Tyler on the harmonica, OMG!!!
@@fh1257co im with you 100%
No critiques from me. It's just a joy to see my living legends perform together. And yes, people forget Brian can "sing".
That has to be one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time. Slash playing a 335, Johnson singing in a comfortable range, and just one of the coolest damn songs ever...
And don’t forget Steven Tyler ripping a harmonica solo lol
For blues, it is the default weapon, I've got P90's in mine, everyone should have one.
And Steven Tyler playing the harmonica, where he is an awesome harmonica player.
Awesome
I wondered if that was him. So cool
Can't believe it's 2024 and we're still able to listen to these guys record music. We are so fortunate.
That statement just made my weekend!
True words my friend i hope some of the kids clicking on this appreciate the talent and it leads them on a fantastic journey .
I was just thinking yesterday it’s amazing how many rock legends are still alive and playing. GNR, AC/DC, Stones, Metallica, McCartney, etc.
The last of their kind.
Best comment on UA-cam sir 😊

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve played this song in the past week. A new sound and vibe I just love. 🤟🫶 Slash and Brian Johnson you bloody rock.
Best solo Slash ever played right there.
Brilliant. GnR, AC/DC, and Aerosmith with a respectful cover of a classic blues song. Anybody else feeling unity?

I recognized the song. Great version.
Ad famously covered by Led Zeppelin.
Old school blues rock. Sometimes that's all you need
nobody needed this
In 2024 nobody needs this from 70 y.o.s. I was hoping to god it's a cover.
Yeah!!
The song is original by Howlin Wolf, it's obviously old school
@@vadimastprojects8770 Youngsters need some schoolin'. This is how it's done.
This is just gold. Honestly this combination of artists who don't sound like who they are, is simply wonderful
Someone that’s been playing and teaching blues for decades I can say this is the real deal. This IS blues. Slash tears it up on the ES guitar and Brian is masterful on the vocals. I’m already sharing with my students.
I found Brian's approach was the worst part of the song. Disappointing. I think he was sort of talking thru it and not really singing? I love all the guys on this song, and I know and love the song. But in my opinion, it didnt work. I'd like to hear a version where Brian really sings it. Even if he sings it low, slow, whispers, whatever... this song with him singing should be brilliant. But it's just not.
Do you listen to blues much?
@@SoxonTV Brian lost his voice... or used it all up. AC/DC was never an easy gig for a singer.
Bon Scott set the bar high... none better.
@@JoeGator23 yeah, it's interesting how different singers have handled that problem. Vince Neil sounds like shit. Axl changed-up his style and seems to be making it work and Robert Plant just sort of whispers the high notes and he sounds amazing!
@@john3music yeah, one of my favorite genres. I own all the of the Chess Records and Alligator Box Sets. Love Robert Johnson, Willie Dixon, I saw and met Stevie Ray Vaughan, got to see and hang out with Pat Benatar at her "True Love" Blues concert. I love all the harp players... I wrote/directed a Stageplay about Blues being the Roots of Rock and Just saw Buddy Guy again recently. I know they often sing/talk but it's often over an acoustic guitar, maybe thumpin' their foot for bass? I'm not against any style or show of creativity. Just to my ears, his delivery didnt work on this particular song. And I like him so much, I just would've liked to hear it more simpatico?
Wow, I never knew Brian had such a crunchy blues voice when he's closer to his natural register. I'd definitely be in for more of this.
Look up his version of House of the Rising Sun, performed whilst with his pre-AC/DC band Geordie. You won't be disappointed
I believe he used to be a blues singer if I remember correctly.
Brian Johnson sounds much better when he sings instead of screaming . He never could top Bon Scott but then again who can .
@@SteveSgal-tl9mkI agree.... he should stop that. He is loosing his Voice otherwhile
Love his voice on this! I am getting some Tom Jones vibes from it... and that is a compliment!

I have never thought Brian's lower register is so smooth and breathtaking. Incredible!!!
He sang like this sometimes in Geordie his old band before joining AC/DC
AC/DC required him to sing like Bon Scott, in order to maintain a sense of continuity between the old AC/DC and the new. His actual singing voice is so much more impassioned.
it's wild!

Can't forget the great blues players who inspired all the music that came after, great jam for a great blues man, Howlin' Wolf!
This is what radio stations need to start playing! Just some serious back to basics Rock/Blues.
All of the local stations have been all bought out by big corporate media. Now all we get is their company approved limited selection in a loop and political b.s. simulcast from everywhere to ensure changing the station won't matter.

Mother of all that is good. Brian sounds great and Slash’s solo is wicked.
how about that uncredited harp player
Never heard of him. He can dream on I guess.
Nice to see the great Howlin' Wolf being shown, too often the men that paved the way get forgotten. Let's not forget who played this bad ass song originally, another titan of the blues Mr. Hubert Sumlin. RIP to these blues legends, great cover.
Just so that nobody is confused by what you meant by "played originally," Hubert Sumlin played the lead guitar on Howlin Wolf's original version. Wolf, who wrote the song, sang and played electric rhythm guitar. Lafayette Leak played the piano, Buddy Guy played the acoustic rhythm guitar, Blueblood McMahon on bass, and Sam Lay played drums. Though "Killin' Floor" is considered a Howlin Wolf original, it borrows a lot from Skip James' "Hard Time Killin' Floor Blues" from 1931.
