Walang common Toilet and bath or kahit powder room para sa common areas sa ground level for visitors. I suggest na i-utilize nalang yung space under the stair going up ng ground level para maging powder room.

This is way overpriced! Rather buy a farmhouse at that price, at least I don't have an inch of neighbors away from my house. At that price, it should have a beautiful back garden at least not all four corner walls, and right outside your window you can almost touch the neighbor’s roof 😂

Quezon city is a prime location where it has easy access to a lot of hospitals, malls, parks and supermarkets unlike in a place where farm houses are. Mostly, it will take 45mins to 1 hour before you get to a mall 😂 so sige kung gusto mo ng provincial life no one is stopping you. Just leave this house alone. Tbh the size and all of the amenities plus the premuim location made the price like that. Pikit ka nalang po
