The way you're talking about your younger self actually breaks my heart a little bit. You were an incredibly cute, genuine, honest, endearing and BEAUTIFUL kid and it's so sad how much you're judging yourself using hindsight/present opinions/grown up version of yourself. We are all a little bit "cringy" at 12/13/14, that is normal. Just like we don't judge babies for babbling and having chubby cheeks - in fact, we absolutely love it - there's no need to judge teenagers for being quirky, silly, expressive and exploring life. Throughout the video whenever you say things like "I look so disgusting", "who let me out like that", "I can't listen to myself" I genuinely feel so sad, and I literally cannot see what you are seeing. I'm sorry I just don't - I'm not trying to be nice or whatever, it's just not true what you are saying. You were not ugly, cringy or disgusting. You were actually beautiful, funny and sweet. I hope one day you can look back and see what I see because you were just lovely.

Fun fact: i had to watch a clip from that episode during an assembly at school once! My head of year was obsessed with that show at the time and made us watch it to learn how to behave 😅

We nearly had an Educating Luton filmed, at my high school when I was in year 8 or 9 but our head teacher declined (Thank Goodness) because he didn't want to make the school "look worse than it already looked". The beauty of this though is that you are still in that relationship, so some of your silly or cute moments together have been captured (whether staged or not).
i live right next to me old secondary school and every time i remember the food i get so pissed that i cant get it. it wasnt great but it was so good at the time, sprinting to get from class to the snack shack before the fried chicken sandwiches, hot dogs and the amazing pizza slices every day. would always offer one of the first people in line to buy their food so i could cut in if i was late to the line
i wish all the students and teachers from Educating Greater Manchester could reunite also few days ago I saw on the news that your headteacher was banned from teaching :(
