    Thank you. I have not been able to pronounce 'itadakimasu' until you broke it down with pictures of the Italian flag, rubber ducky and mask!

    Oooooh! I didn't know about the masu and mashita, present and past! I had been getting confused about what the ending of "arigato" was supposed to be, and I see why I've been hearing both (in anime and in youtube videos). This is cool to learn it!

    Is the "u" at the end of itadakimasu ...silent?

      When we say “masu”, we’d have to put lips like “u”. When we say faster, our lips tend to get lazy..😅 And sounds like “u” was omitted! lol
