How are y'all doing?
Some people seemed to like this AU for reasons beyond my understanding, so it's staying!
Another quick update I needed to give, the Kill the Admin AU is cancelled/on hold, and the D&D AU, well, I need to remake all the characters so that might take a bit-
But anyways, for all of you wanting lore:
Again, I take most of my info from the Backrooms fandom wiki pages
The Partycrashers found Ex in level 0, they killed the Partygoer threatening him and knocked him out for easier transport to their base 'Taggertsbane'. There, they ran some tests and figured that not only did the Partygoer infect him (thereby starting the slow and painful process of turning into a Partygoer), but also that he recently consume Cashew Water, which is not healthy.
They cured him using some Death Moth Jelly, although some effects of Cashew Water are incurable (Anemia, Aquaphobia and diminished sanity)
When a Partycrasher wanted to bring Ex some additional (pink) jelly, which has regenerative properties, Ex attacked them. They hit his arm with a gun and they agreed to just talk it out (Ex didn't really have much of a choice)
They brought Ex to Gamma Base III from the Major Explorer Group. There, Ex was thought a bit about the Backrooms and he now works in the department that rescues new wanderers and brings them to a safe haven, so they can learn how to survive too
In the End, we're back in the Frontrooms (reality) again, but not for long, it seems...

If Ex is in the backrooms and knows what’s going on, and the Hermitcraft code is unstable, will the rest of the server end up in the Backrooms and require Ex’s help?

Ex has no idea what's going on in the Frontrooms, and he doesn't really care either, since yk, his brother did just send him to the Backrooms (accidentally, but being banned also ain't nice)

In my AU/version, I mostly follow the Backrooms fandom wiki pages, but I also take some stuff from other sources
In my AU, the Partypoopers went extinct in the Fun war, the Partycrashers are normal humans who try to stop the Partygoers. They wear those masks as a tribute to the Partypoopers
The only one who can potentially survive this is grian beacuse he's a watcher and he also survived his severs getting nuke
His Watcher powers don't work in there, sadly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@xstar_meadowx657 the bigged question is how did he end up there, he survived multiple severs getting destroyed and shouldn't he be able to teleport to I don't know empires or something when he realised the severs going down to much for even him to handle
@@rudysarmiento8700 He didn't think his code was so unstable that he'd go to the Backrooms. He didn't even know the Backrooms existed, and just thought he'd either go to his home world (a private world where you go if you fall into the Void) or S9 of Hermitcraft
@@xstar_meadowx657 so basically the code was so unstable it cost the entire sever to no clip into the backrooms (can't imagine finding their builds or the ruins of it in there)
@@rudysarmiento8700 basically, yeah, except that X managed to stabilise some code, so the only ones there are Boatem, Tango, Zed, Gem, Pearl, Xisuma and Wels (and EX ofc)

You mean Almond Water?
Nope! Almond water is safe to drink and restores your sanity etc. Cashew water meanwhile is really bad for you and gives you severe stomach cramps and those kinda things (well, at least on the wiki I get my info from-)

Rewatched the first part. Now I'm pretty sure he caught the Partygoer infection.
Also how exactly did they cure him?
