Show: We have a powerful bond and we can do anything through friendship Game: Congratulations! you have beat the elite 4 and you did it through friendship (no, I found the most powerful monsters and evolved them. In the game, if pokemon can still use hm moves while fainted and they're not dead, then fainted wild pokemon should be able to be captured.
Anime.... because, we can see how massive the towns really are and how see people with daily lives that aren't just them stuck doing the same damn thing. Hell older RPG games with day and night cycles got early pokemon games beat. Dragon quest 3 is an example. Took pokemon years to include a day and night cycles.
I like the Pokemon Games better than the anime. The game had different protagonists every generation while the anime stuck only with Ash as a protagonist. If only you also include the Pokemon Adventures manga.

i prefer the anime but in its original japanese, especially the main anime series and not origins. in the anime Type advantages is just a stepping stone, which made me think anime pokemon are more powerful than in the games. the anime is far more open than the games, cause you are not always stuck in one region. the japanese diamond and pearl anime is millions of times better than the english version in MY eyes because first off Dawn's japanese voice actress Megumi Toyoguchi, is way more talented than the english one, also Toyoguchi voiced Miriallia Haw from the Gundam SEED franchise. The soundtrack in the japanese anime is millions of times better than the localized version, full of awesome orchestral music. You'll always hear the opening to every Pokemon Movie soundtrack at the end of a bunch of episodes in the japanese, for example the one where Satoshi's Mokazaru evolves into Goukazaru in the japanese you'll get to hear that epic soundtrack.

Heres a perfect example: look at pikachu figthing darkai during sinnoh leauge, pikachu f wins aigenst darkrai, and then fights a latios and also wins which is f stupid as f. in the games theres no way you could ever beat darkrai or latios with a pikashu do to the huge stat diffrence and darkrai and latios aren't weak to eletric types at all.

Not really, tms and hms are like discs, you can put it on a Pokemon's head and make it learn, similar to how Pokemon evolves by touching stones
