More old school judo please. Judo is a lot more than IJF rules.

Love it! Would be great if IJF brought leg grabs back. That would change the game, make people think more of all the aspects of it and judo would be more of a realistic martial art than it is atm. Looking forward to seeing more old school judo from you. Counters, combinations, set ups. Would be awesome to see more "illegal" judo.

IJF dont want people outside Judo join their championship. Unlike BJJ that let others grappling system join their champonship.

All about the old school! Loving this, man. I've been taking a real interest in the leg attacks you guys were doing then and the self defense stuff from the really old black and white footage from Japan. You guys are beasts! I feel Judo has so much potential in its raw state and it's such a shame that the Olympics won't respect that now. I'd love to learn more of this from you guys!

Amazing , I started in 2007 and used to do this kind of Te Guruma a lot with the old kouchi makekomi grabbing the pants but I apreciate this video has I had doubts because I have seen it in different ways and never was really taught in detail to me, it was more like do the wheel like upwards with the hand grabbing the leg and down with the one grabbing the lapel.
Now I´ll try this way, thank´s.

Travis probably doesn't have time to answer, but can anyone suggest another high percentage takedown for us older guys - I'm 59. I'm a lot slower now and double-leg for example isn't really an option anymore..thanks for anyone who can help! For me age is NOT just a number, my speed and explosiveness is probably 1/3 of what I remember I had...the bright side is that I'm still going after it and working hard...I'm the oldest at the gym LOL...
