For the past 17+ years i have gone to bed at 11:30 and wake up at 7:30. When that alarm goes off i jump out of bed and get my day started.
I’ve tried so long to wake up at 5am I can’t do it 😅 BUT I do wake up at 6am, has definitely made a difference in my morning routines and the rest of my day lol love your content! 💜💜🙏🏽

I am new to your channel this year Ashley-as one of my 2023 goals was to reconnect my focus with God and you inspire me so much that way! Im already a mom with a bunch of kids, but I’m still a YOUNG mom so I like to be “cool” and “trendy” when I can lol😇 but last year I got up at 5am to get my workouts in before the kids woke up and let me just say it gets SOoooooo much easier AND is one of my best habits coming into this year! I get so much done and feel so accomplished! It’s only hard the first 2 months or so, now even if my alarm doesn’t go off I naturally wake at 5am! Keep up the good work❤ rooting for ya sista🥰

I loooveee this! I'm so thankful to you for this video - it really motivates me and shows how anything is possible when 1) God is with you and 2) You put your mind to it. I have been really struggling to wake up early these days and I will just go back to sleep in the mornings when I know that I didn't get enough sleep. Instead, I should have just been trying my best to sleep early AND most importantly, asking God for the strength to get me out of the bed and function productively throughout the day. SO thank you for being such a huge inspiration. May God bless you!

I struggle to sleep, insomnia. I only sleep 1-2 hours per night for many years..but am so tired all day everyday that it disorganises my time with God and makes me a cranky mum/wife/employee! Been praying that my sleep and routine gets better. Wonderful and inspirational vlog, thank you
You're actually one of the first UA-camrs whose actually completed the challenge the right way and actually got up out of bed instead of sleeping in longer which kudos to you for completing the challenge because most UA-camrs are not falling back asleep and not caring but you actually use Lord and the strength to help you get out of bed and I ultimately think that is awesome you rock actually keep it u We love you God❤❤❤

Okay Ashley, me and my adhd self literally hasnt been able to sleep allll night long because my brain refuses to shut down and I’ve really been wanting to start a 5AM routine anywayy soooo it’s 4:41AM right now in this exact moment so I’m just going to get up and try this 5AM thing. Im feeling inspired. I will absolutely be taking a nap later. But fingers crossed that I will be able to keep this up as a routine because Proverbs 31 says that a woman rises while it’s still night meaning early in the morning before the sun rises soo we’re really doing this. Here goes nothing! 2023 goals being crushed. Hopefully. Pray for me 😂

U are so right I got a morning job and I'm used to night shift. And I prayed for that job and God gave it to me. I couldn't sleep at all cuz I was so excited. That day I had no strength and I felt like God gave me strength cuz I don't know how I was awake for 2 days straight. I missed my bus too n had to walk 5 miles to get to another bus n I have no idea how I even did that. God literally will give u strength!
I've been waking up early like at 5am these past few days n today I didn't and felt discouraged and I had a thought of the enemy telling me not to pray God is mad at me he won't answer my prayers because I was disobedience today and for second I believed it and then I thought no I know God will never want me to give up . I'm just going to keep pushing, pray, and do better next time. 1 hour later, I came across your video, and you were right on.

I wake up at 4 AM every morning and go to bed at 8:00 every night. I don’t know exactly when I started doing this but I have definitely noticed it improved my energy and mood a lot, even though I get the same amount of sleep as when I would get up later. Maybe I’m just a really early morning person?
