This is the best comparison of mouthpieces I have heard. Same sax, same player, same song done very close to the same each time. The difference between mouthpieces was clearly evident.
this is absolutely amazing and its ridiculous that you have so little views. That Brillhart Carlsbad is fantastic. I've been wanting one for my conn for quite a while.
All sounded amazing I liked the great neck and carlsbad the best the woodwind sounded awesome too maybe the horn just warmed up to it ,seriously all sounded really good
Of some of the others: the Steamer Pres sounds a little harder to blow, less responsive on the low notes. The Link sounds almost bashful and thin next to the Brillys. I like the sound you get from the WoodwindCo piece--a little brighter, more "straight" and less gritty than the Brilharts. Those old HR WoodwindCo pieces are great. I play a vintage WWCo Meliphone Special on my Conn NW Alto in community/concert band settings; easier low-end response and darker sound than my Selmer C*, so blends better. I tend to blow over the section with a C*--the New Wonders just seem to have inherently big sounds.
Wow Nice Tone Excellent Choice Of Notes !
Thank you very much!

I was curious about the two Brillys. I think the Carlsbad piece is a little fatter and warmer.
What serial number does it have? My Conn is 37###
Mine has a 144XXX serial
