He can invite you as a visitor and the reason for inviting you is to reconnect as you people are in a relationship. And then you can add the pictures as proof in the area where its needed.

Am not sure why they are visiting you. Are they coming for tourism, if yes then choose that, if not, then choose the other. You are the one expecting visitors so choose the best option that fits your intention.

If you completed the form the right way, you should have been able to add your wife and daughter without any problem. During the application process, there should be an area where you are asked if you are applying for someone else.
When answering the question leading to the application process, there is always a question are you applying for someone else, thats is where you add all the dependents in the application.

You can have her create an account and help her apply. If you are the sponsor and covering for the entire stay, then you can show yours, if its the opposite, then show hers.

if you click yes, follow the prompt to continue the process. if it requests their info, then add their info, if not, simply click yes and continue.

Hi, I can’t see the ‘’Visit visa, study or work permit” column after click the apply to come to Canada?
For the new ircc portal, you can't apply for a work permit yet. If you intend to apply for a work permit, you will need a GCKEY option.

This is the ones stipulated by ircc for this type of application but you can research more to find out if your type of work is permitted.
