To anyone who thinks this is crap, you are right if you're dealing with factory builds, mine shoots twice that speed and all I did was replace their tubing with thicker and shorter tubing, which I got cheap on Amazon, along with a better scope. Also I have the v2 which is made from better materials. The shorter and thicker tubing gave it extra range. As far as lethal, my homemade bolts will do the job fine
It can kill rats easily at 15m/17yards If you use a good silicone lubricant like the wd40 specialist I would say they can easily last one/two seasons. Rubber hates cold temp and sunlight.

@@lakilakisorong8204 that depends entirely on where it hit. MOST would be painful and could cause injury at that level, but one in the eye could be fatal. Please note I said COULD! /watch?v=aSZTQ7uJ3sE&ab_channel=TiTacticalStore A newer version of the same slingshot. The pulley have been upgraded from individual bands per pulley channel to 2 bands per pulley channel. The D10x has lesser friction since its rubber contacts less of the pulley's channel. Very close to 300fps in that video but you can simply buy a thicker rubber and swap the steel cable out for a paracord to easily pass the 300fps mark. Also these China made stuff always had flaws in their designs, I once over tightened the pulley screws and it barely rotates upon trigger pull which is what I'd assume happened in this RS X7 video. I strongly believe a 4 band slingshot rifle should easily surpass the 250fps mark with 8mm bearings.
Dude that Thing is slow compared to an starship slingshot for example. Nice and fun toy, but not lethal. If my calculations are correct it only delivers 4,5J which is equal to an co2 pistol
A few months ago i bought the rs-x10 at shoppe,it is very disappointing bcoz the accuracy is very bad.. especially at a distance of more than 10 meters
That is under 3ftlb for the 8mm bb and under 6ftlb for the bolt. This is a joke, it should not be sold as a survival tool you would be lucky to even wound an animal with the bbs let alone get an ethical kill. Not to mention the size and weight. A regular slingshot can kill ethically with the right band/ammo combo this cannot
I am really puzzled, since no where in this video, or anywhere else this semi automatic slingshot is either advertised or sold as Survival tool. further to that there is no mention of hunting anywhere either. so I can not really see why you are getting so upset with something that hasn't been said anywhere.

i knew this thing was crap when i 1st saw it...220 fps is just pathetic for such a huge monstrocity. a 40 dollar Redback crossbow will shoot an arrow faster than this thing can shoot a steelball. It should be the other way. The failure lies in the bands, latex reaches its maximum stengh when you pulled it over a couple of times its original lengh, on this failure machine it doesnt even get expandet in any meaningful way. Shooting arrows or bolts with that afterbirth becomes the real travesty. You can also just throw the arrows by hand on the target. Shorten the bands to 60-70% of its lengh and you will get a bit more power out of it. or even better: Use bands half as long but thicker. The only interesting question would be if the construction could handle it.

Ball Bearings:
weight: 32 grains [2,1 g]
