Love my Kimbers. However I’m noticing the company seems to be changing or deleting their pistols at an alarming rate. I purchased a K6s approximately 6 months ago. They only had a 2” barrel and was available only with an internal hammer. You see what they have just introduced. A year and a half ago I bought a Super Carry Pro 45. Beautiful gun, shoots great but it has been discontinued. Problems? Two months ago I purchased a Micro 9 EVS for everyday carry. Again, I love the gun but they now offer so many more models in the Micro 9. I have thousands invested in my weapons but don’t like what’s going on with the company. Changing or discontinuing constantly is just business I suppose but just don’t like where their going
Im not sure I agree with the "trial and error" philosophy. I think they're just trying to be fresh and keep their products new and innovative. Have you ever considered the fact that you essentially have limited run guns in your inventory.....thats a good thing.
I would love to see someone report on how this K6s 3" handles a load for Black Bear country such as: UNDERWOOD Ammo 357 Magnum 180 Grain Lead Flat Nose Gas Check Bullet Weight: 180 Grains , Bullet Style: Hi - Tek Lead Flat Nose Gas Check 21 BHN Case Type: Ducta-Bright 7a Nickel Plated Brass, Muzzle Velocity: 1400 fps , Muzzle Energy: 783 ft lbs

Trial and error with new firearms is common.

California?
It's a revolver, of course it is going to be legal everywhere.
I want one. It is a great looking pistol.
Plan on coming out with G10 grips for the DASA anytime soon?
LOK grips has them.
