Titanfall 2 is regarded as the best first person shooter game of all time mechanics-wise by many and I’d have to agree! It still holds up beautifully to this day!

Let's not forget the progenitors. If it weren't for F.E.A.R 2 and Mirror's Edge, Titanfall wouldn't exist. Respawn mashed the gameplay of those two games together and used the Source Engine for maximum momentum. Titanfall is by no way innovative, however it is indeed a masterfully executed game, I'll give it that.
The reason you might not have seen a connection at first is because the art style is a little different. But you did see a couple of noticeable characters in there like Ash, Blisk and Viper. The campaign is incredibly awesome and I had a lot of fun playing it
They made BT-7274 more likeable than most characters in triple A games released these days, no drama or forced romance. Just focused on the mission and dedicated to not losing another pilot, truly the best robo-bro.
I'd definitely recommend giving the campaign a play one day. It's seriously AMAZING. The campaign is so well crafted and really shows the connection of the pilot and titan. Crafting intricate levels and lots of cool parkour and moves.
Words can not describe how happy I am to see this! Also fun fact, Respawn were formed by ex-Call of Duty devs from Infinity Ward after the falling out with Activision during MW2’s release. So that’s why the gameplay is reminiscent of CoD.
The Northstar titan is the titan that valkiyre & her father used hince the flying, IMC are bascially the baddies of the universe & the military organization that bangalore was enlisted in as well as the different technologies & weapons that are used in both games & characters that play huge parts in back stories. I really hope they bring titan fall back with a new polished game.

I mean it wholeheartedly when I say that Titanfall 2 is one of my favorite games I've ever played. The multiplayer is super fast paced and action packed and the story is an awesome albeit short journey of you growing a friendship with your Titan. It's the only game I've ever played where I had to finish the last two minutes of gameplay with tears in my eyes.
If you guys have the time I highly recommend watching the whole game cinematic, it’s fantastic. There’s a lot of really awesome and funny dialogue between Jack Cooper (the main character) and the other characters in this game. Especially the things that he and BT (his Titan buddy) talk about.
Multiplayer is currently and probably will forever be unplayable because of one or more ddosers making the game unplayable and respawn not fixing BUT the campaign by itself is Completely worth playing and is probably the best single player experience

The story im this game was amazing, I love that they expanded it in Apex Legends. The red titan that was fighting BT in the trailer is the father of Valkyrie from Apex Legends.
Titanfall 2 has been saved because of the Northstar client, it lets you to create and mod your own servers or join other peoples server, there are also few new custom game match modes, so i highly advise to try it out
This game is surprisingly. . . emotional? It’s really fucking good, that’s for sure. One of the most well crafted single-player shooter campaigns I’ve ever played. Huge, expansive, creative sci-fi levels; things like traversing through a colossal factory that crates pre-fab colony worlds, or time-jumping through a derelict enemy base and realizing that you, in fact, are the reason why everything is so busted in the present day. Jack and BT’s relationship is great, and the characterization of the Titans is really well written, BT has a very literal yet earnest personality that really does a lot of heavy lifting considering Jack is more of a standard shooter protagonist.
Fun Fact: After a bunch of server attacks respawn basically left the game to die but a bunch of modders and fans created a new set of servers and even made custom game modes.
I really loved playing Titanfall 2 and it honestly has one of the best campaigns in my opinion because of how connected you feel to BT. I also liked how all of the abilities in the game (cloak, slim, grapple, etc) were implemented for Apex. I just wish they didn't bring in characters like Ash since we kill her in TF2 (I know the devs were thinking she's an AI so she can't really die that easily or something but still)
Damn this is amazing seeing you two reacting to my #1 favorite game. The second trailer always gives me chills to this day, I’d watch it over and over again. I just hate that the game’s still taken over by hackers but the community is still strong and people made a mod in the game with custom games. Titanfall will always be a part of my life
Also you guys probably noticed some abilities from Apex such as the holo pilot that Mirage has and the grapple which is Pathfinder’s, most of them are in the game that was carried to Apex like phase shift which is what Wraith does (and it’s my favorite ability) stim which is what Octane uses, and the A-Wall which is similar to Rampart’s ability and it’s the most toxic thing to use in this game, then there’s pulse blade which is Bloodhound’s ability but as a kunai knife
It’s cool in one sense the game lives on in Apex with so much pulled from this but also a shame this has been abandoned because there seems to be so much love for it 🥲

Wonderful reaction guys, as always! This is truly a beautiful game, i've enjoyed it so much, it's funny and flawless in the mechanics. both combat and "parkour" are perfectly made and transmit that feel of power that first trailer is talking about: the pilot really is something else, in comparison to a "normal soldier". All the variants of the titan are unique and fun to play, and each one of them have theyr own playstyle. The campaign is a bit short in comparison to others big games, but it's a masterpiece nontheless. Multiplayer is where the game shine, so much fun to play. Also, in the campaign, hearing the voice of Matthew Mercer as the protagonist, Cooper, is SO GOOD!
My favorite part about the last few clips...the multiplayer ones...is that it's VERY common that all that flashy crap happens in-game. Titanfall2 is one of my favorite shooters because it does SO WELL with what it created. I'm so sad that Respawn basically abandoned it in favor of working on Apex Legends. TF|2 has been plagued by a hacker crashing our servers for months and the devs refuse to lift a finger because it's not worth enough money to them to keep the servers up and running properly. The community had to create their own custom servers called the NorthStar Client to get around the hackers...because we love the game so much we do what the devs won't to keep it running. Amazing game that sadly gets no love from the devs who wouldn't be nearly as successful if not for Titanfall and Titanfall 2's community. :c
Is the Northstar Client exclusive to pc or is it something console players can use as well? Been missing this game a whole lot and want to play more of it but no data center or anything works
@@AnthonyFlames275 Sadly it's PC exclusive. You download the zip folder from their discord...tie it to the existing TF|2 folder, and launch it through the new exe. Console sadly has no such ability to edit files and add new ones...so PC is the only place we can really play until Respawn gets off their ass and fixes it themselves...which is unlikely.
Was great to see you check this out! Been playing Titanfall 2 since it came out in 2016. Easily the best FPS game I’ve ever played. Was sad to see it not get the love it deserved, especially when Apex later became so popular.
The thing I like most about titanfall isn't the titans but instead that even in multiplayer each match is a full scale battle. NPC soldiers in the hundreds are fighting alongside both teams. They aren't pilots. They are just regular soldiers fighting for their side. Then you got spectres which are robotic soldiers. In the first game they were just that. They typically outclasses the human soldiers being able to take more of a beating. In the second game they have newer ones with you even being able to choose a pilot in multiplayer that is one.
Now that you've watched the trailers, I want to see your reactions to the absolutely smooth as butter movement used in the mission The Beacon ch 2 and 3 speedrun. That fastball is GODTIER.

The frontier it's what Jack (main character) protects and it's where the Apex Games take place years later after they defeat the IMC (military where Bangalore worked). The first Apex trailer Mirage says, after liberation from IMC they needed to create a blood sport called Apex Games. The person who create the Apex Games it's one of the characters from Titanfall 2. Titanfall 2 is definitely one of the best FPS games in the previous decade. That moment when you summon your titan from the sky and the spectator will say “Standby for Titanfall” is freakin’ badass. The multiplayer aspect of this game is amazing and really fun, you will not get bored its multiplayer. The story was good too.
Titan falls 2 multiplayer was amazing. i used to be sooo good at it to. using the time travel ability to flank around behind people or breach rooms they were defending and wipe them. god so much fun

This game series has been my passion since it appeared and ive been consistantly playing it since the unfortunate hacking thats made the game unplayable. Since Apex legends released the Titanfall has taken a backseat to near obscurity and with the companys actual game servers getting hacked this game up until this christmas has been unplayable. But thankfully the game is now in the hands of the people and now is slowly growing its playerbase back. I dont want to continuously talk your ears off about it but im thankful you both were able to have a chance to see this and others may as well see what a overlooked masterpeice this game was and still is.
Valkaris dad was called Viper he was boss in Titanfall 2 what we kill. And Jack Cooper (main character) is at the end invited to APEX. But he is still not in there.
Titanfall 1 had a online only "campaign" in where you got put on either side the corporation (the Imc) And the free living hippies (the militia) so Titanfall 2 is the first single player campaign for the franchise! (Can't wait for a sequel if and when it'll come out!)

the best part about this game is the community. last year there have been a couple attacks on the multiplayer servers and the developers lied about working on fixing it, so modders made their own server for people to play on.
One thing the whole community agrees on is how underated it was and it had one of the best movements of any shooter out there probably my most favorite game of all time it was just a masterpiece.
The Apex Predators were mercenaries employed by the IMC and lead by Kuben Blisk. During the event's of Titanfall 2 Jack Cooper systematically dismantled the group one by one on his mission to defeat the IMC, leaving only a few alive most notable survivor being Blisk who would go on to create the Apex Games to scout new recruits for his group. Another survivor was Ash as she is a simulacrum an area of the lore I've not looked into too deeply but they don't really die like humans do. The last member relevant to Apex Legends is Viper who was killed by jack but his daughter would go on to join the apex games as Valkyrie... Something funny about this situation is that Blisk actually gave Cooper a formal invitation to join his team at the end of Titanfall 2, so if Jack ever decided to take him up on that (which he won't) that would be really awkward all around...
I understand your having a issue with connecting the too games together well your not alone there’s a little sneak peak in one of the first trailers you reacted to that hints to the creations of apex legends and helped me to further understand the connection , the man who says “if you want to live a long life as a hero your in the wrong business” is the creator of the apex legends arena. In fact the man who I’m talking about actually beats you in the end of the game but sense you have earned his respect and he didn’t get payed to kill you he lets you live and gives you a apex legends card inviting you to join him on one of his projects (the apex arena). Not only is it a great game but there is so much of apex legends lore buried into the game of titanfall 2, I would absolutely recommend playing it. Also the people they refer to as the Imc in titanfall 2 are also the people that turned wraith into what she is in apex legends
I no-lifed this game back in 2017. My god, the best year of my life. I owned all the dlc's. I anxiously awaited every new and announced dlc. - Every new or remastered map. I owned everything in the game. And I was heartbroken when I heard it was no longer being supported after early 2018. Unfortunately, my PS Plus membership ran out starting early 2018, and since then I moved to PC. Thankfully, I do own the game on Steam, but unfortunately, the time for it has come and long passed. I do occasionally call my Titan down at times, but I don't have the time anymore. 2017 was great and I miss it. Oh, what I would do to return to that year. The announcement of the game was thrilling to me. The only game that has ever gotten me excited before it released. Truly a beautiful game and I can only hope for Tf3. I doubt it'll ever be made considering Respawn shut down or moved away from the project, but I can hope. This game was just something else. The storyline, the gameplay... the memories... there is one screenshot that I still have that showcases all my buddies and myself in-game together. Good times. Anywho, apologies for rambling. I was and still am really passionate about the game. The only game that has ever come close to giving me similar excitement before release is the upcoming Rainbow 6: Extraction. I can only hope it lives up to my expectations. But no game, none at all, can ever take my top game of all time. My one, my only, my favorite: *Titanfall 2* Edit: Oh, and the first Pacific Rim is still my favorite movie. Giant mechs fighting is so dope. 😅
I picked up a discounted copy at a now defunct store I used to work at. It was so good, I got two copies for my friends. So sad that this went under the radar on release. Masterful moment to moment gameplay (especially the mobility), lovely and memorable level designs, and more thought out than your average CoD.

Titanfall 1 I believe was multiplayer only. And it was quite good. But when they made 2, it added a single player campaign, and somehow that was ALSO good. Usually companies can only make one or the other good. they had at least one level based around each special ability and gimmick, so it never got old. And you went through every titan and weapon in the game over the course of the campaign, so it was an excellent tutorial for multiplayer, on top of being a good single player campaign.
Titanfall 2 is one of the best FPS games I have played, the story of Jack Cooper is not the most inspiring but seeing his bond with the titan BT is just so hearth warming. Made even better by the amazing voice work of Mathew Merceer. Best know as Cole Cassidy (Former Jessie McCree) from Overwatch. Not ashamed to say that the story even got tears out of me. Won't spoile the reason. And the multiplayer is so good. God such memorable characters such as Blisk, Ash, VIPER! Viper left such a mark on me with his "Viper on station, the sky belongs to me, nowhere to go, nowhere to hide." Lost count of how many hours I spent playing the multiplayer of titanfall 2. It's also the game which made me pick up Apex, (before I dropped it at season 1). Just to drag me back with Valkurie (Vipers daughter) and of course Ash, both of them my main. It's such a shame we haven't gotten a titanfall 3. And the level design of the mission "Effect and Cause" were you need to use time travel to solve puzzles is amazing. I could go on and on. Praising this game for ever. So much to love.

We as gamers honestly don't deserve the company that made this game, Respawn. I believe they really make games for us. Not for their bottom line, for their executives, for their shareholders. For us. Obviously they make games to make money, but they do it right, by making a finished product and not bogging it down with micro-transactions, forced relationships, blatant political overtones. The original Modern Warfare, Titanfall 1 and 2, Apex Legends, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order. They make almost nothing but incredibly fun, well made, minimally buggy, well written masterpieces. Of course nothing is perfect, but these guys try hard to be as close as possible. They're the only company I'll actually pre-order games for in the current state of the gaming industry. They're the real heroes. But you two are awesome too. Love the videos. Keep up the great work.
Also, Apex's Valkyrie is the daughter of Viper, one of Titanfall 2's bosses (the most memorable of them by the way) A lot of the kit either of the pilots or the titans made their way into Apex as well : Caustic as the same gas cannister as the titan Scorch, Valryrie has a very similar kit to the titan Northstar, Mirage is basically an holo pilot, Octane a stim pilot, Wraith has the same rift ability as the rift pilot / Ronin titan Horizon's ult is the grav grenade, Bloodhound scan is basically a Pilot's scanner dart. All the weapons from TF|2 are in Apex as well. Playing Apex really feels like playing TF|2 on a wheelchair though
That's most cinematic multiplayer game, like almost every situation looks like something from a movie, especially with endgame extraction, when someone grapple shuttle on last second and escape. Sad that it suffered from bad release window, EA had one job...
Funny you mention CoD while discussing Titanfall 2. Fun fact if I remember correctly Respawn Entertainment was founded by people who were laid off of Infinity Ward (one of the main devs for CoD).

I just wish they didn't bring in characters like Ash since we kill her in TF2 (I know the devs were thinking she's an AI so she can't really die that easily or something but still)
Ash were kinda brought back in Titanfall 2 by Vinson Dynamics as one of the fighting factions of the multiplayer which is set to be after the campaign
Damn this is amazing seeing you two reacting to my #1 favorite game. The second trailer always gives me chills to this day, I’d watch it over and over again. I just hate that the game’s still taken over by hackers but the community is still strong and people made a mod in the game with custom games. Titanfall will always be a part of my life
Also you guys probably noticed some abilities from Apex such as the holo pilot that Mirage has and the grapple which is Pathfinder’s, most of them are in the game that was carried to Apex like phase shift which is what Wraith does (and it’s my favorite ability) stim which is what Octane uses, and the A-Wall which is similar to Rampart’s ability and it’s the most toxic thing to use in this game, then there’s pulse blade which is Bloodhound’s ability but as a kunai knife
It’s cool in one sense the game lives on in Apex with so much pulled from this but also a shame this has been abandoned because there seems to be so much love for it 🥲

Wonderful reaction guys, as always! This is truly a beautiful game, i've enjoyed it so much, it's funny and flawless in the mechanics. both combat and "parkour" are perfectly made and transmit that feel of power that first trailer is talking about: the pilot really is something else, in comparison to a "normal soldier". All the variants of the titan are unique and fun to play, and each one of them have theyr own playstyle. The campaign is a bit short in comparison to others big games, but it's a masterpiece nontheless. Multiplayer is where the game shine, so much fun to play. Also, in the campaign, hearing the voice of Matthew Mercer as the protagonist, Cooper, is SO GOOD!
We want to give the campaign a try if we can find the time to sneak this onto our gaming list 😊

My favorite part about the last few clips...the multiplayer ones...is that it's VERY common that all that flashy crap happens in-game. Titanfall2 is one of my favorite shooters because it does SO WELL with what it created. I'm so sad that Respawn basically abandoned it in favor of working on Apex Legends. TF|2 has been plagued by a hacker crashing our servers for months and the devs refuse to lift a finger because it's not worth enough money to them to keep the servers up and running properly. The community had to create their own custom servers called the NorthStar Client to get around the hackers...because we love the game so much we do what the devs won't to keep it running. Amazing game that sadly gets no love from the devs who wouldn't be nearly as successful if not for Titanfall and Titanfall 2's community. :c
Hopefully they realize the passion for this game and series and give community a Titanfall 3 🙂
Is the Northstar Client exclusive to pc or is it something console players can use as well? Been missing this game a whole lot and want to play more of it but no data center or anything works
@@AnthonyFlames275 Sadly it's PC exclusive. You download the zip folder from their discord...tie it to the existing TF|2 folder, and launch it through the new exe. Console sadly has no such ability to edit files and add new ones...so PC is the only place we can really play until Respawn gets off their ass and fixes it themselves...which is unlikely.
Titanfall 2 is one of the best campaigns, ever. The gameplay is even more awesome than what the videos show. It is truly a joy to play.

Was great to see you check this out! Been playing Titanfall 2 since it came out in 2016. Easily the best FPS game I’ve ever played. Was sad to see it not get the love it deserved, especially when Apex later became so popular.

The thing I like most about titanfall isn't the titans but instead that even in multiplayer each match is a full scale battle. NPC soldiers in the hundreds are fighting alongside both teams. They aren't pilots. They are just regular soldiers fighting for their side. Then you got spectres which are robotic soldiers. In the first game they were just that. They typically outclasses the human soldiers being able to take more of a beating. In the second game they have newer ones with you even being able to choose a pilot in multiplayer that is one.
Now that you've watched the trailers, I want to see your reactions to the absolutely smooth as butter movement used in the mission The Beacon ch 2 and 3 speedrun. That fastball is GODTIER.
We may actually play through this campaign on the channel 🙂

Titanfall 2 is such an amazing and highly underrated game. It had fantastic multiplayer mechanics and a pretty awesome single player story campaign. That first cinematic clip was definitely my favorite. It honestly felt like watching a movie trailer!!

The frontier it's what Jack (main character) protects and it's where the Apex Games take place years later after they defeat the IMC (military where Bangalore worked). The first Apex trailer Mirage says, after liberation from IMC they needed to create a blood sport called Apex Games. The person who create the Apex Games it's one of the characters from Titanfall 2. Hope someday you play Titanfall, it's a short but very powerful campaign, I almost cried T.T

Titanfall 2 is definitely one of the best FPS games in the previous decade. That moment when you summon your titan from the sky and the spectator will say “Standby for Titanfall” is freakin’ badass.
The multiplayer aspect of this game is amazing and really fun, you will not get bored its multiplayer. The story was good too.

Alright ive watched and im happy to see yall got a kick out of it. This game series has been my passion since it appeared and ive been consistantly playing it since the unfortunate hacking thats made the game unplayable. Since Apex legends released the Titanfall has taken a backseat to near obscurity and with the companys actual game servers getting hacked this game up until this christmas has been unplayable. But thankfully the game is now in the hands of the people and now is slowly growing its playerbase back. I dont want to continuously talk your ears off about it but im thankful you both were able to have a chance to see this and others may as well see what a overlooked masterpeice this game was and still is.

Titanfall 1 had a online only "campaign" in where you got put on either side the corporation (the Imc) And the free living hippies (the militia) so Titanfall 2 is the first single player campaign for the franchise! (Can't wait for a sequel if and when it'll come out!)

the best part about this game is the community. last year there have been a couple attacks on the multiplayer servers and the developers lied about working on fixing it, so modders made their own server for people to play on.

One thing the whole community agrees on is how underated it was and it had one of the best movements of any shooter out there probably my most favorite game of all time it was just a masterpiece.

The Apex Predators were mercenaries employed by the IMC and lead by Kuben Blisk. During the event's of Titanfall 2 Jack Cooper systematically dismantled the group one by one on his mission to defeat the IMC, leaving only a few alive most notable survivor being Blisk who would go on to create the Apex Games to scout new recruits for his group. Another survivor was Ash as she is a simulacrum an area of the lore I've not looked into too deeply but they don't really die like humans do. The last member relevant to Apex Legends is Viper who was killed by jack but his daughter would go on to join the apex games as Valkyrie...
Something funny about this situation is that Blisk actually gave Cooper a formal invitation to join his team at the end of Titanfall 2, so if Jack ever decided to take him up on that (which he won't) that would be really awkward all around...

I understand your having a issue with connecting the too games together well your not alone there’s a little sneak peak in one of the first trailers you reacted to that hints to the creations of apex legends and helped me to further understand the connection , the man who says “if you want to live a long life as a hero your in the wrong business” is the creator of the apex legends arena. In fact the man who I’m talking about actually beats you in the end of the game but sense you have earned his respect and he didn’t get payed to kill you he lets you live and gives you a apex legends card inviting you to join him on one of his projects (the apex arena). Not only is it a great game but there is so much of apex legends lore buried into the game of titanfall 2, I would absolutely recommend playing it. Also the people they refer to as the Imc in titanfall 2 are also the people that turned wraith into what she is in apex legends

I no-lifed this game back in 2017. My god, the best year of my life.
I owned all the dlc's. I anxiously awaited every new and announced dlc. - Every new or remastered map. I owned everything in the game. And I was heartbroken when I heard it was no longer being supported after early 2018. Unfortunately, my PS Plus membership ran out starting early 2018, and since then I moved to PC. Thankfully, I do own the game on Steam, but unfortunately, the time for it has come and long passed. I do occasionally call my Titan down at times, but I don't have the time anymore. 2017 was great and I miss it. Oh, what I would do to return to that year.
The announcement of the game was thrilling to me. The only game that has ever gotten me excited before it released. Truly a beautiful game and I can only hope for Tf3. I doubt it'll ever be made considering Respawn shut down or moved away from the project, but I can hope.
This game was just something else. The storyline, the gameplay... the memories... there is one screenshot that I still have that showcases all my buddies and myself in-game together. Good times.
Anywho, apologies for rambling. I was and still am really passionate about the game. The only game that has ever come close to giving me similar excitement before release is the upcoming Rainbow 6: Extraction. I can only hope it lives up to my expectations. But no game, none at all, can ever take my top game of all time. My one, my only, my favorite: *Titanfall 2*

I picked up a discounted copy at a now defunct store I used to work at. It was so good, I got two copies for my friends. So sad that this went under the radar on release. Masterful moment to moment gameplay (especially the mobility), lovely and memorable level designs, and more thought out than your average CoD.

Titanfall 1 I believe was multiplayer only. And it was quite good. But when they made 2, it added a single player campaign, and somehow that was ALSO good. Usually companies can only make one or the other good.
they had at least one level based around each special ability and gimmick, so it never got old. And you went through every titan and weapon in the game over the course of the campaign, so it was an excellent tutorial for multiplayer, on top of being a good single player campaign.

Titanfall 2 is one of the best FPS games I have played, the story of Jack Cooper is not the most inspiring but seeing his bond with the titan BT is just so hearth warming. Made even better by the amazing voice work of Mathew Merceer. Best know as Cole Cassidy (Former Jessie McCree) from Overwatch. Not ashamed to say that the story even got tears out of me. Won't spoile the reason.
And the multiplayer is so good. God such memorable characters such as Blisk, Ash, VIPER! Viper left such a mark on me with his "Viper on station, the sky belongs to me, nowhere to go, nowhere to hide."
Lost count of how many hours I spent playing the multiplayer of titanfall 2. It's also the game which made me pick up Apex, (before I dropped it at season 1). Just to drag me back with Valkurie (Vipers daughter) and of course Ash, both of them my main. It's such a shame we haven't gotten a titanfall 3.
And the level design of the mission "Effect and Cause" were you need to use time travel to solve puzzles is amazing. I could go on and on. Praising this game for ever. So much to love.

We as gamers honestly don't deserve the company that made this game, Respawn. I believe they really make games for us. Not for their bottom line, for their executives, for their shareholders. For us. Obviously they make games to make money, but they do it right, by making a finished product and not bogging it down with micro-transactions, forced relationships, blatant political overtones. The original Modern Warfare, Titanfall 1 and 2, Apex Legends, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order. They make almost nothing but incredibly fun, well made, minimally buggy, well written masterpieces. Of course nothing is perfect, but these guys try hard to be as close as possible. They're the only company I'll actually pre-order games for in the current state of the gaming industry. They're the real heroes.
But you two are awesome too. Love the videos. Keep up the great work.

Also, Apex's Valkyrie is the daughter of Viper, one of Titanfall 2's bosses (the most memorable of them by the way)
A lot of the kit either of the pilots or the titans made their way into Apex as well : Caustic as the same gas cannister as the titan Scorch, Valryrie has a very similar kit to the titan Northstar, Mirage is basically an holo pilot, Octane a stim pilot, Wraith has the same rift ability as the rift pilot / Ronin titan
Horizon's ult is the grav grenade, Bloodhound scan is basically a Pilot's scanner dart.
All the weapons from TF|2 are in Apex as well.
Playing Apex really feels like playing TF|2 on a wheelchair though
Maybe the fact that a lot of elements and characters or offspring continue in Apex means that there could be a Titanfall 3 in the future 🙂

Funny you mention CoD while discussing Titanfall 2. Fun fact if I remember correctly Respawn Entertainment was founded by people who were laid off of Infinity Ward (one of the main devs for CoD).
Been waiting for TF|3 to happen for ages 🥺🥺 such an amazing game, with such a crazy, fast paced, unique and beautiful multiplayer... Played APEX and hated it just can't enjoy it as much as I enjoy playing TF|2 multiplayer.
Truly hope they will bring it back...
