Harley Quinn's very first appearance ever! What's funny is that she was just meant to be a one-shot henchwoman but people responded so well to her that she stuck around and the rest was history!

Rene montoyia is a long time gotham detective she became the female question and did some stuff with the huntress not to be mentioned here

This is either the best or worst example of road rage ever depending on how you look at it

@@Justwatch100 now that harley is an independent woman joker got a new wan her name is punchline shes not jokers side kick she considers her his partner she takes vold blooded psychopath and turns it up to 11
Harley Quinn, among a few others, were created for this show. The Cake scene was something the creators created her for in case Fox Kids Execs thought it would be too Homosexual for it to be Joker.

@@Justwatch100 Red Claw, as I think I mentioned before, Montoya, Roxy Rocket(you'll see her eventually), I believe that another was the owner of Gothcorp(Mr. Freeze's former boss), there's the Phantasm which only appeared in two things, one a later show and the other the Mask of the Phantasm Movie, Rocky Valentine, Sonia Alcana, Kathy Duquesne, Grey Ghost(voiced by someone who had been Batman in the past), Ronnie Vreeland, H.A.R.D.A.C., Arnold Stromwell, the Sewer King, Karl Rossum, Roland Daggett, Baby Doll, Tygrus, Jazzman, Gil Mason. There are a few others but I think that is enough for now.
