    This shit really helped! This used to frustrate me when playing online and I swing on someone and my punch just slide off them like water while they just stand there and block. Now that I practice this it’s helping a lot online now when I do it and they get on the mic talking shit saying I’m using a glitch 😂 just had to comment this. I seen this video back in July of this year and just had to refresh my memory on how to do the block

    Extremely helpful tutorial. I like to pick Old George Foreman and I'v been able to win a lot of matches just after seeing this video. Old Foreman is slow but his punches are extremely powerful. Most everyone in fight night is faster than Old Foreman, and this video helped me improve the blocking skills I needed to level the playing field. I'm at the point were I'm able to negate most of the speed and power of combinations thrown at me from the likes of Tyson, Frost, and Ali to land massive power shots (it also doesn't hurt that Old Foreman has a long reach advantage).

    "Hold and then tap r1 after your opponent throws a combination at you." Appreciate the instructional vid but its not very clear what you mean.

    I know it's mad late, but I really like your videos, I would not want to face you. I was wondering if you made a video or know of any video that teaches you the parry block, the one you can score the counter punch with. I used to kill with dat in the original game. I know it's harder in this, and realize some people call it bulshit, but I just got this game and I'm just tryin to know what's what. Oh and how long were you in the top charts?

    I consider myself a pro at this game, I am so used to this game I took all the HUD bars and round time off the screen and my experience got so much better people won't last more than 3 rounds with me. Bro you should try taking all the stuff off the screen during fights. The game will look so much better.

    Pump blocking is a broken mechanic and an exploit. Not sim boxing. You can do it but it basically makes you look like the Lance Armstrong of this game

    The word tutorial should not be in the title for this video. You literally give us more info about the wrong way while talking trash about people who do it this way. I pray your full time job has nothing to do with teaching. Poor kids would leave class everyday wondering why you hate them.

    Such bullshit in real life you cant block 100% of body punches even if your godly at it like FLOYD MAYWEATHER

  • @Valchrist1313
    @Valchrist1313 11 років тому +4

    I've had players using this a an exploit that were able to block 124 of 130 punches before I rage quit.

  • @FightNightsFinest
    @FightNightsFinest  11 років тому +2

    no problem bro just remember this means nothing if you don't practice

  • @davy1972
    @davy1972 11 років тому +2

    This is only in exploit to counter another exploit, which is the ability to throw 100 punches a round with minimal fatigue until the later rounds. in a perfect world, the one throwing the punches would get tired, irrespective of whether or not he connects, and the one blocking would get arm fatigue. Can you imagine how tired both fighters would get if this happened in an actual fight?

    Hey fightnightfinest I run across a lot of guys online who don't really box that much but there defense is so good no matter what I throw I can penetrate there D, it looks like they have perfected there D to a point where they wait until.the other boxer get frustrated then they go in for the kill what makes this guys so untouchable

    • @FightNightsFinest
      @FightNightsFinest  5 років тому +2

      Well it's not that their untouchable it's they are comfortable. The biggest advantage is the fact they are 1) patient 2) they understand the scoring system very well. So as long as they know they are ahead and just have to be patient they don't mind waiting for as long as it takes. If you find you can't hit a guy like that and you can't bait him or her into making a mistake there is only one way to beat them. Now that we understand what makes them strong we need to know how to counter it because there is no perfect player. The key goes back to beginning they are comfortable and they know how to play with a lead. In order to beat them you have to know how to make him uncomfortable. Which is to not give him the conditions he is use to. Which is being ahead and capitalizing on mistakes. So you have to land the first shot and not allow counter play. You have to be just as patient if not more patient and just as defensively sound. Also just stubborn. Don't get drunk off of success and start pressing a advantage because then you are going to make mistakes. Most guys like that when don't get there way rage quit and don't have the same mental strength when behind or know how to fight going forward so they crumble. Hope that answers your question.
