Ooty train uses a ydm 4 so confirm it's an MG train. Infact I read somewhere that the blue mountain express between Chennai and Coimbatore actually use to go all the way to Ooty when all the regional lines were MG in the early 1930s. From my recent trip to japan, i found out that what we call as MG in india is also called narrow gauge in other parts of the world 😊
