Hi Ripe 😎⭐😺🧸, Blue and yellow * with a star burst, is Walmart in the USA. 🤣 Lots of people shop there. Lots of people used to work there, and are glad they don't anymore. 😆
2nd story: About twenty years ago. The store I worked at was laid out in such a way that the paper goods aisle was directly across from the large furniture department. One night I'm working in that aisle when I see a trio of women approach an endcap display for a large entertainment center priced $189.99. They look all around, somehow don't see me even though I'm in plain view, then one of them climbs up and changes the price sign to $49.99. Then they look around again, see me this time, and run up, "Oh! Oh sir! Is this price correct?" Pointing to the sign. I look them right in the eyes and say "No. The correct price is the one I just watched you change the sign from right in front of me." Never seen anyone turn that red or run that fast in my life... (In retrospect, now that I'm older and more experienced I know I got lucky that they didn't double down. But it's still a satisfying memory.)
Don't try jumping the queue in front of me... I'm usually riding a Mobility Scooter due to an Arthritic hip/back and I have absolutely NO problem with running over the feet of queue jumpers...and you REALLY don't want to have your toes run over by a scooter that weighs either 400 or 750 Lbs. (I have a small collapsible scooter that fits in your car trunk and a large, long-range scooter)... 😄😁😆😅😂🤣 Edit: the weights given are the scooter with me in the seat, not just the scooter alone...
Ripe I agree ALL TOO WELL about queue jumpers. It keeps happening more and more and if you try to object they make you the 'bad guy' (usual excuses "Young people like you need to respect your elders" - one time a very 'large' angry lady accused me of "fat-shaming her" after she literally pushed right in front of me with a hard shove to my back). Nowadays I unfortunately allow others in front of me after a NASTY incident in July 2017 when I got punched in the side of my head by a queue jumper (who was angry that I didn't jump out of their way - and then accused me of being the 'queue jumper'). I now have permanent headaches on that side of the head since then (why I remember the month and year - hard to forget when I have had head pain for now over 5 years - and NO the hospital is not interested in 'just a headache') most of the time a dull ache, but other days flares up to being painful. ps. The only queues I feel at ease and don't need to keep letting others in front is Comic Con - everyone there is nice and chill (never had queue jumpers once when I was there)
First story also I believe there are Federal laws protecting soldiers on deployment... Second story a peg with tag is used for items that can hang from the peg not items on the shelf below it Last story OP must be insane or something 60+ hours working while being a full time student found 40hrs while going to school time enough of a challenge
When I was in college I paid for evedything. I'm a night person by nature but took all morning classes. From 12:30 to 5:00 I sold shoes. I'd go in the back room and put on a waitress uniform. I worked in a Greek restaurant until it closed at 9:00. I drove 5 miles and worked at a different restaurant until midnight. Three nights a week I went to the courthouse still wearing my uniform. I worked 3 hours compiling a list of experts for the court's use. I'd drive a mike home and sleep until 7:00 am. Take a shower and do it again every weekday. One day I was so exhausted I passed out in class. I woke up in the hospital. I had been drinking a lot of black coffe to keep me going and smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day and was super skinny and weak from the pace I'd been keeling for 9 montgs. I had to drop out of school. Then I found one better job and moved from my small town to Pittsburgh. Life just kept getting better. I married my boyfriend and we just celebrated 54 years of marriage. He tried to convince me to go back to college but I never did. I ended up owning my own catering service.
Last story, OP should have made an effort to "bump into" the guy and his gf one time and heavily hint that he was the one that destroyed the fishing poles and threw out the gf's stuffed animals. But first saying that he's only going to say it once, say it quickly, then deny it from that point on. If they try to sue OP for the loss, they wouldn't have any proof and without some sort of proof, they'd lose the case. That and OP pointing out that they hadn't been living with them for months, so obviously the items were still there/intact until later and they decided to use OP as a scapegoat because they didn't want to pay for it themselves.
First story - As an Army veteran, myself, I probably would have just used lethal self defense. The man clearly didn't learn his lesson the first time so, all bets would have been off after that. Castle Doctrine exists for a reason.
Story 1: That "supposed" HOA is guilty of intimidation, racketeering (i.e. pay us or we won't protect you, capiche?) grand theft auto, and violations of other laws regarding military service. Also, WTF happened to your car??? That should have been more easily tracked than the criminal MF'er.
biggest budget is usually defiance therefore defend you defence - Auto theft X2, Property theft X2 - one for the crime , one for it a military person - how can you have a military with no car or building, just the person and what is on his back
That's why you don't have roommates unless you vet them very securely and meet him and give them a probationary term. I mean like one year and nobody moves in not your girlfriend not your grandma
Odd thing if there is an HoA the city doesn't fix the roads the HOA does ( atleast in the us) What happens is a builder comes builds the houses and roads but the town or city says they are not going to maintain those roads , so the builder starts an HOA to take care of it all .
I honestly dont get how HOA's can try and force people to join and try to steal their property. Like do these idiots honestly think they'll ever get away with it for long?
OP I'm worried that once the now Ex HOA president gets out of jail he will start it all over again. I think 🤔🤓🧐 you need to get a lifetime restraining order against him were he can't be within 1000 feet 🐾 of you 😄😁😊
A restraining order is only effective if the person being restrained wants to do things legal. obviously this particular idiot is not interested in doing things legally. Pigs and acid work very well, and there are other ways too.
Yep the second one is common. I have done the same as a customer and since i read the tag am made sure it was the right product. Mind you i was nice about and they checked the tags and said yep you get that price. Wasn't being a ahole about it and would of gladly paid the full price but both cases were staff error. Like the saying goes "you catch more fly's with Honey, then with vinegar".
That’s why I’ve never bought a house in a neighborhood with a HOA. My house, my property. Screw them ! My neighbors are and they are always trying to tell me what I need to be doing. I go just the opposite direction. There’s one back corner of my house that needs the finish trim put on. The old lady across the street complained that I was making a mess. That was 30 years ago. She is still looking at it unfinished, piss on HOA
For future reference, in story 1 when the OP is describing what's in the HOA documentation, there's a line about "don't have your property look like a pigsty..." It's pronounced pigs-tie (with the long i sound, like fly).
As a former retail worker I can attest that there are some people who want item X for item Y's price, all because it was in the wrong place. In my store every item had a name, product code and a pricetag to prevent this happening. Sure, mistakes happen, but if I scan a bottle of vodka and the till says it's vodka that costs £15 then that's what you'll be charged and no, you won't be getting it for £2.99 because the shelf you found it on showed that price but not the name or product code of the vodka. Seriously, some people will try their luck and some are just seeing if they can get away with it while others are ADAMANT they are in the right and refuse to let it go, usually resulting in them arguing with a supervisor or manager.

(I have a small collapsible scooter that fits in your car trunk and a large, long-range scooter)...
😄😁😆😅😂🤣
Edit: the weights given are the scooter with me in the seat, not just the scooter alone...
Story # 2 . The store is best buy 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I now have permanent headaches on that side of the head since then (why I remember the month and year - hard to forget when I have had head pain for now over 5 years - and NO the hospital is not interested in 'just a headache') most of the time a dull ache, but other days flares up to being painful.
ps. The only queues I feel at ease and don't need to keep letting others in front is Comic Con - everyone there is nice and chill (never had queue jumpers once when I was there)
Second story, black and yellow logo for electronic store is Best BUY.
First story also I believe there are Federal laws protecting soldiers on deployment...
Second story a peg with tag is used for items that can hang from the peg not items on the shelf below it
Last story OP must be insane or something 60+ hours working while being a full time student found 40hrs while going to school time enough of a challenge
There are in the USA.
@@pamelalaub6204 I've known people to do that its not healthy especially in the long run
Actually the servicemen’s benefit act protected him.
On the last story I wood have gave the plushie to a homeless shelter, at least they have make so many children happy.
Blue and yellow sounds like the old "best buy"
1 story: yeah that happened...
Kann mich einfach nicht an den Anblick von einer Katze an der Leine gewöhnen 😂😂
Blue & Yellow Electronics Store, I believe it would be Best Buy!
Put cameras in my house omg the fight is on
Second story, the blue and yellow electronics store is Best Buy.
The blue and yellow electronic store is best buy
First story - As an Army veteran, myself, I probably would have just used lethal self defense. The man clearly didn't learn his lesson the first time so, all bets would have been off after that. Castle Doctrine exists for a reason.
1st story, when I was deployed stored all of my vintage game systems (these are my pride) in my parents place
Story 1:
That "supposed" HOA is guilty of intimidation, racketeering (i.e. pay us or we won't protect you, capiche?) grand theft auto, and violations of other laws regarding military service.
Also, WTF happened to your car???
That should have been more easily tracked than the criminal MF'er.
Robber:breaks in
Me: looks at him and reaches over to unplug phone
Robber:" what not gonna call the cops"?
Me"why? No one else knows you are here"
We think alike!!!
biggest budget is usually defiance therefore defend you defence -
Auto theft X2, Property theft X2 - one for the crime , one for it a military person -
how can you have a military with no car or building, just the person and what is on his back
omg that's why I'm so glad we don't have HOAs in Germany! What a nightmare
That's why you don't have roommates unless you vet them very securely and meet him and give them a probationary term. I mean like one year and nobody moves in not your girlfriend not your grandma
Black Friday: The Friday after Thanksgiving
Odd thing if there is an HoA the city doesn't fix the roads the HOA does ( atleast in the us)
What happens is a builder comes builds the houses and roads but the town or city says they are not going to maintain those roads , so the builder starts an HOA to take care of it all .
Hoa president:you need to join the Hoa to be protected from us
Second story: Best Buy
blue and yellow sign is BestBuy
Blue & Yellow is probably Best Buy 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🍮
Best Buy for story 2
I honestly dont get how HOA's can try and force people to join and try to steal their property. Like do these idiots honestly think they'll ever get away with it for long?
Sad thing is, that some of them do get away with it. For years!!!!
Best buy
Story # 2 . The store is best buy
Best Buy is blue and yellow I do believe.
Op should have gotten a great deal of satisfaction from prosecuting that idiot!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐another great video my friend
1st story, car can be traced through state DMV. New "owner" should be notified that the transaction is illegal, car was stolen.
Blue & Yellow = Best Buy
2nd story. Probably best buy
Blue and yellow electronic store sounds like Best Buy
They're still in business?
@@adamf663 yup there's several around me
You have to have a title to sell a vehicle. Did the HOA president create a fake one somehow?
Story 2. The store is Best Buy
Best Buy.
Blue and yellow store. Best Buy
Best Buy
Story 2 the store is best buy
Stealing your car is dangerous. The house is BS. Use your superior skills.
For future reference, in story 1 when the OP is describing what's in the HOA documentation, there's a line about "don't have your property look like a pigsty..." It's pronounced pigs-tie (with the long i sound, like fly).
Story 2: The blue and yellow electronics retailer is/was Best Buy.
Story 2: Best Buy
Story:2 Best buy
Blue & yellow gotta be best buy
Blue and Yellow would be Best Buy
President definitely go to jail for car theft
In the second story OP was working in a store called Best Buy
Blue and yellow retailer, that's BestBuy I believe.
🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️
Being a 23-year veteran from the Army, I would have set up booby traps all over my property. He would have been sorry that he messed with me.
Story 2; hes talking about Best Buy most likely
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the HOA guy got it in the end.
