I used this same stich to make keyring wristlets.
Very useful as always my sister gave me a huge bag of yarn
I love the look and think it would make a great boho belt. Just add some fringe on the ends 😍

What a beautiful design, thank you for sharing. I would also add it makes a great wristlet key chain. I just finished a practice napkin ring, and I have some pretty lavender 2mm macrame cord I need to use up, so will use that instead of the yarn. I think that will work well also.

I hear on the news that you are having excessive heat!!! That is so uncomfortable... (if you wet a towel and wear it around your neck, it helps for cooling.) We are having a cooler time now, it is very comfortable. I hope things improve for you soon Lovey!

I did learn from my mom and grandmother as a child, but then I didn't really do much of it then. (I preferred sewing.) Then when I started working, one of the other girls (I say girls, because we were young, around 18) got me into it again on our lunch hours. I couldn't for the life of me follow a pattern, so I just began designing my own items, and for my children later when I had a daughter and a son. (10 years apart, so I was parenting for a while..lol)
