Got told I have the promotion board in 4 days. Luckily I have the NCO creed down pretty well, but these types of questions just get me absolutely stumped. There’s so much material for me to cram and I have no idea how I’ll be able to sit there and not tell the members that I don’t know the answer at that time.
Great material! currently studying for the board, was wondering if you could post a video like this about BRM FM 3-22.9? Seems like you have everything else covered in the other videos!
Good EVENING SGM your page has been so vital to me achieving my P status today. Blessings to you and your health. I wish you well with every fiber of my being 🙏🏿

I really appreciate your videos, I was asked a question similar to yours yesterday at the board. I got my P status now. You’re doing a great service helping us lower enlisted.
@@pwj449 You’ll do great, be confident, have that military bearing. You can even answer a question wrong but if you’re showing the effort and confidence it’ll go a long way. I did a lot of studying, one thing I remembered the most are the regs, ADP, TC, and FM so if you can’t get the exact answer let them know where you can find it.
1SG, question. How do you apply or remember/ know the refs when they don’t apply to your daily job and need to know knowledge? I feel like you only know these things when you go to the board or on a need to know basis. Trying to educate myself as a new NCO still
Thank you for your content, I am currently studying for the board and I'm not clear on the regulation as it relates to skirts. A battle buddy of mine went to the board recently and was told, she was supposed to be wearing her skirt instead of pants.can you kindly clarify the occasion that females are required to wear skirts?
When I get back on a computer I’ll post a direct quote from 670-1 but Female Soldiers are permitted to wear pants or skirts with Class A uniforms; however, this is generally at the unit commander's discretion. Normally skirts are required for formal events (balls, dining in). If for the board it should be in the MOI
Hate it took so long. Chapter 12-2 Class A: All components are worn; subject to election of trousers or skirt. Class B: female soldiers may elect to wear either BLUF: if the CDR desires it should be stipulated in the MOI.
Great content so far! First promotion board for me hoping to do good!
Best of luck!
