Listen to your videos while laying down last night to get last minute info. Listened to this specific video this morning on my way to my e5 board and besides situational questions there was how many days do you have to counsel after failing tape…. Saved my butt!

1SG if the SM does have 3 months of the nonconsecutive bad month over the 6month of a period, is the SM automatically get transitioning out of the Army? Or does it depends on the commander's aggression?
So, by reg the CDR is required to initiate separation. But it’s not automatic - (both the initiation and the separation).
The Army doesn’t know 3 bad months, only the unit.
And because a separation is initiated doesn’t mean that the CDR can’t recommend to retain.
