I really like when a guitar instructor properly explains the progression so the student can understand what is happening with the lead! Otherwise the student is left hanging with little understanding of how to apply what they just learned. Thanks Daniel!
How could anyone down-like this is beyond me. pure envy i suppose. The kid's a great player and a great teacher. Lots of Albert lee influence in there.
'Think of triads as bases on a baseball field, you always want to know where it is, and you always want to be going to it. You want to have a plan to get there'. Pretty brilliant analogy, right?
I believe I saw Daniel perform when he was 17 on Broadway St in NASHVILLE at a Juke Joint . He had to leave at 9 pm because of his age. I was totally impressed and FB messaged Eugene Moles about this guitar picker I saw performing. I believe Daniel played a a club named the Orchid.

Great Daniel, what effects do I have to have for a country sound like yours? I have a Fenfer Telecaster guitar, VOX amplifier, Compressor, reverb, chorus, delay? Guide me in the reverb or delay times. Thank you
Great lesson! Can anyone tell if he's picking the lower string (A) when he's playing the fast hybrid double-stops? Or is he doing hammer/pull-offs? Thx!

Sounds like he may be using a little slapback delay
What’s your favorite tele pickup combo ??

It does seem like he’s picking the notes on the lowest string, not hammering/pulling off. Also the low string in this case is the D string not the A.
What’s that called what he did at 0:19?
Mixing major n minor...cool..DD

I think when this guy starts singing, his voice would be like James Morrison's.
