Is it a must to do the Jurisprudence exam for a RN who wants this Licensure to write an NCLEX exam?

Yes, it is required for Texas board.
I beleive, states like California, New York, and Florida typically don't require a jurisprudence exam to take the NCLEX exam. However, it's best to check the specific state board you are planning for.

How to do fingerprints verification after this ?

Basically if you are abroad, you can make an appointment at identogo.
Else you can request for a fingerprint card & get it done from the nearby police station from home country as well, which later will be verified by identogo.

CES reports purchase is the part of applications submission, they will start evaluating only after the payment is complete.
You can select the board you want cgfns to sent the report at the time of purchasing this service.
