@@agnessarmiento8513 That I’m not sure. Pero alam ko pwede ka mag pasuyo sa kakilala mo to do it on your behalf. Send mo yung mga signed forms sa kakilala mo then gawa ka ng authorization letter.

I’d day it really depends kung anong klaseng learner ka. Nag self review lang ako. I never imagined na mag self review ako pero nakigaya lang ako sa mga kakilala ko here sa Canada. Most of us used Uworld and Mark Klimek Audios.
Ang maganda sa self review, walang pressure from others and you can study at your own pace.
Qbanks like Uworld and Archer are like NCLEX. Not exact questions but same concept.

Good day po! Quick question. I recently graduated w/ a BSN and I plan to take the NCLEX first, so I am not yet a PHRN. I am currently working on my mandatory training course for Child Abuse and Infection Control on ACCESS, however towards the end of the test, it asked what profession and gives various options for you to select. There is no option that indicates OTHER, but there is Professional Licensed Nurse. Since I am not a licensed nurse yet, what do you think I should select? Thank you!

@@johannairene I was able to submit all my requirements/application to NYSED by the end of September 2022. However, I did not utilize CGFNS bc I encountered a problem, so I went with option #2 to get my credentials verified. My school (in the PH) sent all the necessary documents to NYSED, and shipping was only less than two weeks. My application was approved by the second week of January 2023, and I was able to get my ATT from Pearson Vue two days later after signing up and paying the exam fee.

Hello sir Paul! Very informative video! Kudos! Ask ko lang regarding sa courses ng CEUFAST. Wala kasing exact title na Child Abuse Prevention. Ang meron lang is Child Abuse: New York Mandated Reporter Training. Tapos mas ok pala sa kanila kasi you can study the whole course without paying. Tapos if you plan to pay, mas mura ng malayo.
That is correct. Unli take pa sila. So madalas yung iba di na binabasa yung course derecho exam na lang. Then retake (for free since unli) kapag di nakuha yung required score sa unang take. 😀

Hi Paul. Thanks for the information. it's very helpful. I just wanna ask about F1 is it all online? Because in the sample form, #25 Affidavit with acknowledgement ( Notarization required) and at the bottom it is instructed if you are submitting an initial form 1, mail this form and appropriate fee to: NYSED. Make cheque or money order payable to NYSED. So I'm confused if we are going to mail it or we do it all online. Kasi nakalagay pa na for notarization.Thank you.
And one more thing, when did you accomplish your F1? I already started to process 2F and 3F but with authorization lang kasi I am not in the Philippines. I already have my training certificates too.

Hello Paul! Thank you for this video. It is really helpful for us who are wanting to give US a go. Regarding the forms and requirements, is it necessary to complete form 2F and 3F first? Or you just did the sequence because of the time needed for the school and PRC to send the documents to NYSED? 😅 Thank you!
To my mind, I don’t see the point of accomplishing the Form1 first. If you complete your Form1 and pay without your docs, what are they going to review? Their basis of approval is the comparability of your nursing education.
Tho that’s just me. You can do whatever you think would work for you. 😊

I have many doubts as I couldn't understand everything you said as my first language is hindi.
My doubts are:-
1. As im a fresh graduate I dont have my degree with me instead i have provisional certificate and about my transcript i will get it in one month maybe. So should I start my nysed procedure after I get my transcript and write the date of provisional degree at the place of issue of degree in the online form ?
2. As im residing in my home country ,i can take print out of the from 2F and 3F and fill section one go to my college of nursing ..give it to them and tell them to fill everything else and tell them to send it to the address written at the bottom?
3. The same process I will do for the licensure organization?
4. And then i'll wait for my ATT ?
Is this the whole process ...because im so confused on how to take print and fill everything.
If anyone else can help me too ...I would be grateful.

2. Ung sa doc na need ifill up ng school, sila na lang ba magsesend non to US? or like PRC lang ikaw na lang nagsend by under PRC's name and sender?
3.And once you get your ATT to sched your exam date, until when po pwede magset bago maexpire ung ATT? Is it possible na once I get my ATT, pwede ko isched exam after 5-6 months?

Did any of you that are licensed in NY receive a NCLEX candidate report after passing the exam??
I'm having this issue with the NY BON.
I passed the NCLEX about 8 months ago and never received an email with the official results, I paid for the quick results to know if I passed and I did get my license issued about a week later and received an envelope by mail with my certificate and physical license.
The thing is, I'm a foreign educated nurse and I need my NCLEX candidate report with the official results that I have passed for my visa screening process as the government requires for it, but I never received it and the NYBON said they do not send out report if you have passed the exam and NCSBN also won't send it to the candidate only to the NRB. Anyone has any clues on how can I solve this issue?
I'm really desperate and afraid I might loose my sponsorship because of this issue ='(
Hi Aylla, I did not receive NCLEX candidate report after passing NCLEX under NY BON. However, I received the actual license in parchment and some sort of other certificates.
I think you need to request and pay if you want a copy of your candidate report (I am not sure because I don’t need it as I pursued practicing nursing in Canada and not in the US)

HI NURSE PAUL, I just have a question regarding the certified true copy of your school documents, my school is a small nursing school in the philippines, when i took a certified true copy for employment in saudi before i also had to get a stamp from CHED before. Did your school only stamped it and sent the copies to NYSED? Thanks and God bless!!
Hi! Ask ko lang po regarding sa pan-fill out ng form1. I went to college in 2007 kasi with FEU and then nag-transfer ako sa Arellano University in 2008 tapos after 1 set, nagstop ako all-together due to financial problems within the family. I was only able to go back to Arellano University in 2018 and finally with God's grace, I graduated in May 2021. Should I include the entire history sa Nursing Schools category? Thank you. :) - Jean

It should be. Di naman naka state sa NYSED na diploma is a must. There are after your TOR. Pero in case hanapin, comply.

Qatar RN declaration is optional. (: BSN is enough.

I have 2 questions for you (1) Is it required to submit college diploma, required training certificates, passport, etc in the Form1 in the NYSED application (even verification is done by CGFNS)? Hi Paul, thank you for this informative video. Ask ko lang how to change address sa NYSED. Yung sa form 2F and 3G nasubmit na with different address. Nkw the I am going to fill up the 1 F, naabutan na siya ng pagpunta ko sa IS. Pano ko mapaplitan yung address para they will all be the same.

Hi, I need your help. My wife has recently received NCLEX exam elegibility from the Newyork Board. After she passes the exam, would she only require visa screening through CGFNS to apply for sponsorship? She is a canadian citizen. I understand she will also need an employer/employment willing to sponsor her. Am I thinking correctly?

I processed it but it was PRC who sent it to NYSED via DHL. Ako lang ang nag bayad sa DHL then handed over the receipt from DHL to PRC.

I just want to ask if having a passport is required when filling out form 1? We don't own passports yet as our appointment to DFA will still be on June and we want to accomplish filling out everything this month so our time wouldn't go to waste. Also, this is my first time doing everything by myself(without agency). Need po ba talaga yung rle and diploma? No need for refresher. I graduated in 2011 and was not required for any courses. However, you need to complete courses: Infection Control and Child Abuse which are mandatory for all applicants. (:

Meron lang akong dilemma about sa pag-fill up ng form 1. From kinder & Grade 1-4 sa manila ako nag-aral, tapos grade 5-6 sa province na. Paano ko kaya i-fill up yung details nung sa entry date & exit date ko- dapat ba isali pa yung school ko sa manila or yung sa province na lang kung san ako nag-graduate ng elementary? Hi Sir Paul! Im a graduate nurse in the ph, you said sa video mo na eligible din magNCLEX NYBON and nabasa ko din po sa lefora. Ask ko lang sana, sa 2F na form pwde bang naka blank lang yun sa first part kung kasi 2 lang po yun options don RPN and LPN. Pa advise naman sir Paul. Btw, your videos are so informative. :)

Sir, instead of PRC, I had the NMC UK to validate my nursing license. Yung pinagkaiba kasi, hindi nagffillout ng 3F form ang NMC. Now it's a waiting game. I don't know if I have to play it safe and get verified by the PRC too.

Regarding sa mga scanned copies na kelangan mo iupload sa form 1, kelangan ba certified true copy? Nagnursing ako sa pinas at naging RN pero RN ako ngaun sa new zealand.
