Recipe form 23x23 cm
( Step 1 )
150 g butter
2 dl sugar
1.5 dl flour
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
0.75 dl cocoa
2 eggs
Line the form with baking paper. Melt the butter. Mix in dry ingredients and stir together. Add one egg at a time and mix to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for about 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees in the second bottom of the oven.
Meanwhile, stir together the coconut milk.
( Step )
75 g butter
4 dl coconut
1 dl sugar
1.5 dl cream
1 dl syrup
Mix all the ingredients together in a pan and let it simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring all the time so it doesn't burn.
Spread the batter evenly over the cake and bake for a further 10 minutes or until the toscana has a nice, golden colour. Take out and let cool completely, preferably in the fridge overnight. Cut into squares and enjoy!
