@@sypho8339 im 46,always been into computers and coding,but i went the mechanic route, trade for 30 years working on cars,now all i want to do is learn how to make computer games, im a big gamer too btw,this guys tutorials are BRILLIANT so thank you so much, subed and liked, cheers brother

Oh no, are you about to get me back into hobby game design? 😂 Your old videos got me obsessed with the program back in the days of Game Maker 8.0, and I felt the itch again just watching this.

I have not used Game Maker in 5+ years, I just started again because I want something productive to do with my free time. This video was a great introduction and I'm looking forward to finishing the rest of your tutorials.
Some huge announcements made for GameMaker, eh!!? I for one very much welcome JavaScript and or C#. GameMaker having it's own proprietary language that is useless outside of GameMaker is one of the big reasons I've avoided using it! ..but I will agree GML is good and getting better and it's very C-like, so it might not be completely useless - I guess! Anyway, glad to see you back making tutorials. Looks like you're back just in time to hitch a ride with GameMaker on a big finish to this year! (I don't / probably won't use game maker, so I won't be actually following along, but I'll be sure to throw you some likes/comments to help the channel, as you've helped me in the past - so good luck ! )
