@@oliwierbiernacki8303I watched a couple games of the Botez sisters and they swung games both ways. Andrea today squezed out a draw from a significant disadvantage by just playing on. Last tournament Alex lost a game from an almost forced mate after a few slightly inaccurate moves in a row, and Andrea won her game that day from a dead lost position. If you think you lost how much more lost can you be? But if you play on, something might happen.

I've had opponents resign in similar situations, even ones where they had an advantage but didn't know it. Often, we both thought I had a win, but the engine found a way out of it for them. Other times, I know I have a lost position, but find a way to complicate the position, then they either make a mistake or crush me. Just last month I was losing and offered a piece sacrifice which must be taken, but it looked very dangerous to take. They declined it and I got quite an attack going, though the engine still had me behind a little bit.

Maybe the guy has arranged some bet 1:17 that you win on move 19 exactly :) I would do that.

This is what you get when you wish your opponent good luck

I always hope that luck doesn’t come into my games of chess 😂, because the crappy way I play it will probably be me being afflicted by it.

I never cared about chess. I keep watching your videos. Think what you want

I play competitive tennis and i never tell my opponent good luck. I have say "veel plezier" in Dutch which means literally "lots of joy" or more common to say "have fun". As that is what most of us are trying to have. Have some fun as the majority of us are not good enough to really achieve anything.
If you don't have fun, you should quit

I did not think queen e6 either.
I just see all the threat from that knight. It’s a good move.
