    It's great to see a back workout from you! There are not enough good quality back workouts on UA-cam. I'm still recovering from a couple of bulging lumbar discs and an annular tear, so I had the resistance bands ready just in case I needed to modify but luckily my body seems to be tolerating bent over movement again. It is so true what you said about flexibility, myofascial release has been a godsend for me in that area. Thanks for another great workout! Oh, by the way, I love your saguaro cactus throw pillow on your sofa. I live in Arizona and would love to find this pillow for my home for some local flavor!

      I tried searching for the exact store and couldn't find it, but I found the cactus pillow on Etsy a couple years ago. :) And myofascial release and stretching are SO important-it's night and day how much better I feel in my workouts when I'm practicing yoga regularly and foam rolling. Glad to hear you're on the mend!

    Awesome back workout, Nicole! I loved it, and my back feels thoroughly torched now! 🔥😁. It's amazing on those smaller movements how you don't need a lot of weight to feel the muscles working and burning! Then I bumped up the weight for the strength moves. I liked the format of switching between endurance and strength circuits, very effective and fun! 😄💪🏻

    DAAANG doing flys with those 10 lb dumbbells! I used 5s, then 2.5s, then bodyweight haha. Do you have a video or blog post with mobility exercises? If not would love to have one!

    i despair for the fitness industry, most of them dont even understand basic anatomy,the majority of those exercises at the start are useless since the resistance is acting in the wrong direction for the exercise.
