I may not fully understand what's happening, as I didn't watch the entire video, but based on the clip at 4:20, Chelsea states, "I had to remind him that he's a black person, so he can't vote for Donald Trump." This sentiment is based on the idea of voting for one white person versus another white person, and it reflects her belief that Trump is not supportive of black people. Whether this is entirely true or not is debatable. If this statement were made during an election between Obama and Trump, it would be a different context altogether.
