Well said . Mein bhi aaj yehi mathematics kar raha tha. High rise is getting so expensive that builder floor will become feasible again for end use as well as for investment. Builder floor has very low maintenance compared to high rise. And with infrastructure upgrades in sector 57 . Builder floors will become feasible.
You are 100pc correct. AT this moment luxury builder floors are less than half the price of average constructed flat in similar location. This same thing happened in 2008-12 as well..Flats gave no return from 2012-2020.
True for an end user from Delhi it’s better to buy a builder floor in the center of the city in the most posh and prime locations like DLF PHASE1,2..SL1,sun city,Malibu town,nirvana…rather than buying a flat in extension road or even further than that too double the cost..dlf phase1,2 ,sl1 are very lively and most posh areas in gurgaon…the kind of builder floors over here are v luxurious and bigger…and DLF PHASES1,2..nirvana,sun city,Malibu town are properly gated too

Hold on till the time you can, plots is a safe and solid investment. @@bhtaarti
In my humble opinion, plots will always appreciate because land is limited. Appreciation might pause briefly but in the long run, it will give you the returns, irrespective of ruling - 4 floors or 3 floors, it won't matter.
