So sad buddy great season thanks for all the content it was like getting a Christmas gift every day!
Man feels like first ride was yesterday🥲😭
Thanks for the sick season Matt, can’t wait for next year! Your a inspiration in the sledding community and an amazing UA-cam! Looking forward to videos this summer and will be watching!
thanks for following along on the journey!
It’s always a treat to wake up, grab a cup of coffee ☕️, and see you posted a new video. 🍻 to next season!
I really enjoyed this video because you showed what terrain you grew up ridding, what the flatlands look like. Lots of your subs got here watching your mountain stuff. Really makes you appreciate what you did and how good of a rider you really are. I live just north of you and ride the same stuff. Its nothing like what you did this season!
Just have to say a big thank you for the work you've put in, to give us these video's every day this winter.
Also I hope that you are getting some form of financial support from the brand's you represent. You are literally the reason I got into the sport of snowmobiling, watching you and seeing what was the sport was truely about (not just hucking off cliffs and sending big jumps) inspired me to buy a sled, buy the gear, get avalanche training and get out and give it a try.
So far I've met some great people and experienced places and snow that I never could have dreamed of.
Thank you and looking forward to next winter.
thanks man! really awesome to hear that I inspired you to get in to the sport! sure sending big jump and drops is fun but 99% of riders will never jump like that. theres a lot more ways to enjoy this awesome sport! also good to hear you got the training and have met some good people! a sled can take you places no other mode of transportation ever could (ok maybe a helicopter)
Thank you very much for sharing your season. Now I can watch them all summer long until that baller Island Park, ID snow comes back. All the best.
That's exactly what we ride in the u.p.! Thanks for taking the time to make your vids, they are awesome!
Thanks for letting us follow along on so many of your adventures in the mountains! We aquired our first 850 summit in my family and it has been very educational watching you ride. Looking forward to your next season. Best wishes from Sweden
I live in the U.P. also. Most of our winter was like that due to so many warm spells between the little snow we got. We're off trail woods riders, so almost impossible to find good sidehills with trees and stumps exposed. But we still have a lot of fun!! Thanks again for an awesome season, Matt!!
Thank you sir for sharing your adventures with us. One of the first things I'd do in the morning is watch your daily vlog everyday.
Thank You for all the Wicked Winter Content!!! Braap Braap!!!....
So sad it's coming to an end. Great season of vid and I love the content. It makes a flatlander like me feel like I'm right there with you ripping thru the trees. Be safe this summer.
Might be the first time in my life I am sad to see the snow go Matt.
Thanks for all the awesome videos man.
Thanks. Your videos are always great. Have a nice spring.
Thanks for all the content! This helped me a lot to get through a winter without a sled! Can’t wait for next winter!
Thanks for the great sledding videos this winter. It sure helped a whole lot during this pandemic. Stay safe this summer. Make lots of money this summer so you can do it all again next winter. Thanks Muskoka Freerider.
Another great season Matt! Started watching you last season and you definitely upped your game this year! You are by far my favorite UA-cam sledder! Keep up the good work buddy!
Thanks man, appreciate it!
Glad you made it home safely. Enjoyed your videos all season, even though I have not been on a sled in 10 years, watching your videos makes me want to get back into it. Hope you have a great spring and summer. Be checking out any new videos you put up . Stay safe.
My prediction near the first of the season of 30,000 subs by the end of the season was very close. Great job Matt!
My prediction near the first of the season of "30,000 subs by the end of the season" was very close. Great job Matt!
Great content Matt. Cant wait for next season.
Great season Matt. Can’t wait for next year to start. Have a great summer and be safe. A big hello to cloe and your dog.

Definitely reminds me of riding off-trail in the UP.
Ah yes one last morning coffee with a Muskoka freerider vid. Thanks so much for the great season matt. Can't wait for the next.

Awesome vids, awesome riding! Thanks for sharing your season with us!
Gonna miss ya buddy...have a good summer!
Awesome way to finish the season Matt. I’ve learned so much about the sport that I wasn’t aware of. The biggest takeaway is how open you guys are in riding with different levels and helping out each other. I hope I can send something your way from my family to yours. Say Hi! to your Dad for us, will you...
thanks for watching and supporting! ill be sure to include the old man in a couple
work vlogs
Thanks so much for an amazing season! Would love to see some summer work vlogs!
dude head north to Alaska, "not tailgate alaska" is about to start, best part of the season coming now!
Gonna miss these bad your awesome man!!
Our last ride was on that trail too. I saw a nice line through the trees at 1:52 a few weeks ago. Gonna try it some day next winter.
always a tiny bit more snow up there aha
Thanks for the the videos man and congrats on your season. Hope you keep making some summer videos cause we all love the content!
im only 13 so my parents say im not old enough to ride in the mountains, we only ride logging roads here, pretty fun when theres a bit of snow
Good Stuff Thank you. Can’t wait till next season ✌🏻
Please keep making videos all summer ,its been a awesome season 👏
Thanks for all the sleds videos Matt👍 hope to see some summer vids to quench the thirst tho 🤣🤣❤
Watched ya all season long. Thanks for all the great rides! Oh UP of Michigan here lol
Great job this season thanks for all the videos!!
Better be staying outta them Muskoka Caribou closures 🤣 Look forward to next season and any videos in between 🤘
I was thinking about muskokan vlogs, yesterday when i was out riding, still 60-80cm with hard as you can get snow here, thanks for the vids againe man!
We had a unusually short season in the up of Michigan here. Usually there’s 3 feet of snow rn but there’s like 5 inches
Tell me about it!! I'm in the Keweenaw Peninsula area. Our average of 250-300" is dawn to about 180" this year. Lots of brush and dirt flying. Have a good one!!
@@bobshams7231 Ik. Where u from. In the yoop ?
Here in Finland we have snow levels usual to 3 weeks from now
Thank for all the joy you have given me this winter all the best from Sweden 🇸🇪
I’m heading to Allen today the snow is supposed to be really good last ride tho
The ol 154 turbo has been ridden hard and put away wet this season. Back to work to save up for next season.
End of season is always a sad time. Glad I happened across your channel and subscribed. I’ve always wanted to take a trip and try out some deep pow cuz lately in Minnesota pow has been sparse. Wish it would go back to when I grew up. Soooooo looking forward to you next year’s shenanigans with the Jerry’s..
already looking forward to next season! definitely head somewhere west if you get the chance. you won't regret it!
@@MuskokaFreerider I’d probably start small and plan a West Yellowstone trip and rent some sleds out there and get my feet wet...so to speak.
sad to see, excited for next year though!🤟
Thanks for sharing your experiences! I have never really been interested in mountain riding or backcountry riding before I started watching you videos. Now I have to try it sometime! Ideally it would be great to ride with you sometime if it were possible. Keep on keeping on brother!
its definitely something you have to experience!
@@MuskokaFreerider yes, I think I saw every one of your videos this year. I was pleasantly surprised when this one came out! I thought you were done for the season. Thanks for the surprise!
Wicked end of season video. But u left ur 146 behind at revey! Hmm I think ur not not done riding just yet
Never stop filming bud.
I think you’d make a perfect BC transplant Matt. Come on back to the west coast bud !
Saw that you had the turbo for sale on kijiji wish I had the money for it lol
How much is up for?

It's great that you are out trying sidehill and between the trees, great way of learning.
One Day you can maby go out to the mountains, if you just Keep training! 💪
😂😂 Could'nt hold that one in..😂
Awesome videos man! 🤘
I hope we get something from you in the summer aswell.
Cheers from Northern Sweden 🍻
Great year fellow sender can't wait for next season. Turbowaterskippin?
What a great season🔥
My sled is 2008 skidoo summit 154 and it just hit 3500 miles
Yo,
You always preaching keep your sleds stock...
Curious if you also keep your clutches stock as well?
Thanks
Awesome season 👍
Never clicked so fast😂 great video matt
It feels like just a week ago you were wrapping the new sled :,)
Hey Matt, I really enjoyed watching your vlog all season, really enjoyed watching you ride muskoka, lol. We actually didn't have a bad year here, a few really good snowfalls to go boondocking. Unfortunately my backcountry died at the end of the day right beside the road on the last day of riding. Again thanks for the great videos, look forward to watching again next year. Who knows, maybe we'll run into each other.
thanks man. yeah my dad was talking to me a lot about how good it was here for a few weeks. he said his 165 was actually working hard to get around even. that's too bad, at least it was at the end!
Boulder mountain looks different here ...
Just a maintenance question here how many belt you pass in that machine for that season? Great content man thank you!
Thank u Matt for all the vlogs u have made for us to enjoy!great year!!🤙🤘❄️😁✌️
You buds with King Boss Quad??
Lol I ride UP and we got dumped with Like 4ft. 2 weeks later when we went beck it turned into concrete
Thanks for all the awesome content! So another 154 Freeride turbo for next year and keeping the 146?
Im missing my ring finger on my right hand, and it really kills my grip. Interested if the finger throttle would help. Was a blast watching your vids bud, looking forward to another season of the Muskoka Freerider.
That’s hard to say! Would be good to try one and see
5:50 gets said on every Ontario backcountry adventure
Keep ripping SxS in the summer!
Cool videos, cant wait for next season! How many km did you have on those two sleds combined? Greetings from a Lynx owner.
About 5500km
What are your thoughts on the Tmotion rear suspension? I hear a lot of people locking them out but by the looks of your vids that doesn't seem to be a problem for you.
I ride no different with or without it. Not worth locking out in my opinion
Hey man was wondering where you mount you camera?
Whats the drone you use to get those shots? those are great!
Cheers until next year
Dude you’re so lucky that you can sled right now cause I’m wearing shorts while I ride my dirt bike right now
last rides rule!
Do you plan on getting a new sled for next year? (Not like it’s needed, just curious) Stoked for next seasons videos!
Yea I ordered one
I’m sad it’s the last day
Will we see you in Revelstoke for a spring ride
Possibly
Do you change calibrations or clutching between BC and ON?
You don’t have to on the turbo
How far north is he riding? Where? Thanks 👍
Yes thank you for the deadly content!
How many blets do you run threw a year ?
That looks absolutely miserable. I’m sorry for your loss
😂😂 work with what you've got! still great to get out there
I was wondering how you run your limiter strap
Stock
You have more snow than we do in Sudbury wtf
Awsome content! 🤙🏻 Don’t think I missed a video 😂 Looks like you got a drone? Skydio?
Isn't the lack of snow hell on the track paddles?
I was just going slow so It didn't hurt it
Love that burgundy sweater! What brand is it?
TEAMLTD
@@MuskokaFreerider Thanks! Looking forward to seeing more videos next season if you can!
Not hearing the turbo noises cause not sea level calibrated maybe?
No it just doesn’t make any boost at sea level. The turbo compensates for elevation so it’s hardly anything at all at 500m
I’d love to know what you do for a living Matt ? I’m assuming you are self employed with winter as your slow time ? Anyways you did what we all dream of. Hats off to ya bud
I work excavation, not self employed. We have enough guys that I can leave for the winter which is great. Very grateful to be able to do what I do but it’s also a ton of hard work that enables it
