That house on Ansley is terrific, pool and all. Glad you had a pleasant holiday with family. The house that sold was very nice. Insurance company frowns on solar panels. I’m sure it’s all about costs to remove and reinstall when replacing the roof covered by insurance.

GREAT PRICE FOR A POOL HOME!!! I really love a "curvy" pool. I have visions of sitting at a table near the pool in the morning, reading The Daily Sun... Do you know what the bond amount is? The guest bedroom configuration reminds me of the Oleander, one of my favorite floor plans. My top fave is a Lantana (2+ car garage, to the left configuration) WITH the little nook in the laundry room. That's where I'd build in a cute little office.
564!!! I guessed 679! 😮 I don't understand. Is this house off the grid completely or does it feed surplus power back to the grid for credits? Seems if it's off the grid, would it not have power when it's cloudy?
