Max Verstappen will always be the best rookie. If you watch 2015, he was battling with the big guys in the front row in a Toro Rosso, which back then has the same pace of the Alpha Tauri 2023.
Hard to say. Apart from a couple of brilliant showings, he was not that mich ahead of rookie carlos. Pretty inconsistent. Yeah ik he was just 17 but a rookie is a rookie.

Imagine saying ocon was better than alonso in 22, or that sainz was better than leclerc in 21, or that rosberg was better in 16 or that alonso was better than raikonnen in 05. If you want to have an opinion, atleast take the effort to watch the thing beforehand.
His rookie year was wierd. Started off so slow, like often a second slower than Massa. Then Canada where he finally scored points that seemed to give him the confidence he needed for the rest of the season. It has to be said too that Canada race was a frustrating watch because Stroll was clearly driving way too cautiously and under driving that Williams. Like you see onboards of him lifting out of overtakes when he's alongside his competitors. So it was good to see him get over that hump by getting some points that day. He had a solid car that season to stand out though. I think realistically Williams should've been fighting the Force India's that season but found itself fighting the unreliable Renault more often. Definitely the team under performed that year but still a strong rookie year from Stroll.

@@askeladden450 He had multiple races (like miami) where he had a slower car, less upgrades. He has been matching Lando's pace over one lap and was quicker than him in the rain in Spa and Zandvoort (which speak volume given how good Lando is in wet weather condition). He hasn't had any big crashes and showed tremendous handling of the pressure. Also, post Germany 2018 Vettel wasn't the same, the car also had a loose rear in 2019 and Vettel is no better than a guy like Stroll with that set up. Imo, current Lando > Any (besides 2015 and 2017) Hybrid era Vettel.

Ocon was. Ocon destroye him in the rain at Interlagos (that was the performance that earned him the Force India seat, he was in the point for a large portion of the races and was on average 3-4 tenths faster per lap despite never driving an F1 car in those conditions) and matched him 3-3 in races were both finished. At the beginning not the season, he also struggled to beat Haryanto in qualifying.
I agreed with most of your analysis except for 2022. I'd say Zhou was the better driver during most of the year, yet was unlucky that the car was only able to score points during the first few races. Bottas was able to capitalize on this since he was already accustomed to f1 and performed well when the car was strong, during the first few races. After the car got bad, there was no catching up possible for Zhou.

Wehrlein was clearly rookie of the season in 2016. Ocon 2017. Norris 2019, although Albon did well against Kvyat. Russell had no benchmark against an injured Kubica. Latifi easily the best in 2020 😊. Yuki v Mick is impossible to decide for 2021 because Mazepin was a lolcow. Zhou was astonishing in 2022, scoring 6 points in a car that secured 6th in the WCC 😅. Piastri ROTY in 2023, no questions. And as I mentioned Ocon also participated in the 2nd half of 2016 for Manor Racing, so had a bit more experience in F1 cars.

He had a very successful junior career. He started quite well in F1 and beat Daniel Ricciardo in 2015 in his first year at Red Bull. He even got an offer from Ferrari. While he showed some brilliant drives during his F1 career, he was a bit inconsistent and error prone. And then Max Verstappen came to the scene.
