Skin then boil like 5 big Yukon potatoes and 1 onion and 3 stalks of celery diced and we boil 3 eggs with it for 8 mins the potatoes will take about 20 mins to cook and if you don’t keep stirring the sauce I promise you it will get stuck to the bottom of your pan so use a wire whisk to stir it believe me I think you will like it
Lol i don't think you're eating the right potato salad. You need to go to a cookout. Nobody i know puts capers in anything let alone potato salad and we used sandwich spread vs. Mayo. You haven’t tasted my potato salad everyone loves it even people who hate potato salad and my brother hates onions and that’s the only way he will eat a onion at all it’s our sauce it has no mayo and our potato salad is best when the sauce is warm but it’s also amazing cold. The sauce is 1 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of sugar. 1 2 3 sauce is what we call it and you keep stirring it for like 5 minutes or until it’s the consistency of ketchup or a little thinner. But you put potatoes, celery, onions, and sliced hard boiled egg with lots of pepper and salt to taste it’s amazing
Well my mom told me this morning that you do put mayo two tablespoons but it’s really don’t taste like mayo at all like I’ve never tasted anything else like it before anywhere and I like potato salad and always get it and never have I had any that taste remotely like mine and she said white potatoes not Yukon potatoes they are to soft and have a strange flavor
And she said only use white potatoes because with the 123 sauce if you use like russet or Idaho only white potatoes which I didn’t know and have been wondering why mine tastes not as good as hers.
