i have a question please answer if i were in the nhl and blocked a shot like that what if the puck hit me in the face. should i put one glove on top of my face to protect?

I've never seen an NHL player block in this way, probably because they only wear half visors and could break a hand easily considering how hard they shoot the puck. How to hockey shows you the correct way to do it, the way the NHL pros do.
