Chris. Had the same habit of not checking the the dash for the parking brake light. So I changed parking brake pad, adjusted and installed the Electrical Connection disabling switch. Ties the brake switch to the side stand circuit. So if the side stand is down or the parking brake is activated the bike will not start. Since then no more premature wear on the parking pad. Just beware , the install of the switch is one of the most memorable and frustrating tasks. But it did entire new to an second beer when finished. 🥴
Oh my goodness, i should not be watching this! 😅 I used to ride, ive had 5 bikes in my time, but kinda skidded off into flying, but this biking is really tickling my touring bone, it sure looks like a ton of fun!! I did check out the 2023 Goldwing, its definitely what id get but if i open this can of worms i gotta get a trike for the wife...gets scary expensive buying 2 bikes and heading out on a 1-2 month ride...its sooo tempting. Meeting up with your group would be well worth it, im sure we'd be making many friends out there. Well i got some thinking to do 😂...ride safe my friend, just maybe meet you down the road if i keep watching your videos. 👍
Hello Chris I see the crew is on the way to the west coast. Have safe travels my brothers. When you get time Chris I need help finding the seal for the top of the can- am 622 trailer for both door hatches. Y'all have a safe trip their and back.
I purchased the replacement lid seal for my Can Am trailer from Time Out Trailers, they sell it by the foot. Here is the link www.timeouttrailers.org/BlubSeal-p/bulb_seal-cargo.htm
Just wow! Cannot wait for the rest of this adventure. The bike looked great. On your bike were all the accessories, radar, cup holder , GoPro holder etc, Honda installed accessory? I’d be curious as to how you wired everything up including how everyone was talking together.
I was watching this video and heard you say you were going to turn on your fire ( refering to heated seat ?) Are you referring to the Fire/Ice seat. I have a 2021 Goldwing and was concerned about fitment. My bike was purchased as a bagger but I added the rear seat and trunk. I asked Honda if the fire/ice would work. They won't say because it's not a honda product. Corbin said it "should" fit. Any thoughts
Chris, is that a radar detector you have on the bike just behind the windshield? if so, what brand and how do you like it? also does it bluetooth into your headset?
Hey Chris, I remember you mentioning that for longer rides, you'd prefer your GL1800. What made you choose to take your 2021 versus the GL1800 for this trip?
100% professionals out there making us all proud. Bikes looking on point! Communication on point. Ride safe and ride often.
That looks like an adventure with great peeps…safe travels and thanks for taking us along👊🇺🇸👊

That 4K looks awesome!!
100% agree with that statement.
4k on my orange monochrome monitor is the only way to go.
I fitted a pressure switch with a buzzer on the parking brake so I know that it on , helped me a lot instead of relying on a stupid light on the dash
Looks like I missed you guys. Ride safe and have fun.
Excellent video love the intro.

Is there a specifc reason behind you guys using the hazard flashers?

Do you still use Goldstrike iPhone holder? If so, does wind vibrate it?
What is that vest you're wearing
When putting a car tire on a goldwing does it change your speed indicator? What kind and size tire for the dark side?

You pretty much put your 2016 down since you’ve had your DCT or at least you haven’t vlogged on it much.
Got to have your cup holder. Brand name please? Just got my 2022 Wing (6 speed manual) and this is my top priority!

I can't hear the most important thing "engine sound"
I just adjusted my parking brake on a 2021 DCT. It's a pretty easy adjustment. Instructions on UA-cam.
