Hey I appreciate all you guys and gals. Hope this video swells your chests with pride and helps you to realise just how important and appreciated you are to this great Country.
Thank you sir, I gave up trucking when my mom died, mind was screwed and didn't feel safe, this song helped me back into something I love doing, and I feel safe again and I know even though she wanted me home when she was alive, she would want this for me now.
That’s my cousin Austin and his son, Walker in the beginning of the video. Our family has been trucking for 3 generations. It started with our papaw years ago, eventually he started his own company called Alexander Transport. My dad, and uncle worked for them for years until papaw decided to retire. It’s been 5 years since he’s passed. But I can absolutely guarantee he’s grinning from ear to ear.
We just a legend he was 76 he started driving back in the 60s he trained me and my good buddy we was realy Close he cb handle was lockpicker he name is Daniel gomez I know he is still trucking in heaven I'll see you again pop we miss you
I'm a 2nd generation trucker my dad is no longer driving due to health issues I'm trying ti keep the tradition alive I was recently in a real bad accident and had a 4 wheeler cross center on a narrow 2 lane with no shoulder driver fell asleep your music and my dad's words of encouragement are the only thing thatbhave gave me the hope and strength to get back behind the wheel keep doing what you do tony
Love this song God Bless the truckers.I seen most of Canada a lot U.S.A traveling with my husband. He was a trucker for 30 years went with him Lots stories to tell my children. If wasn’t for truckers we wouldn’t have much of anything on our shelf’s..My first husband was also a trucker went with him delivery in Toronto in the 70s back then they only had 48 foot trailer. He pass away back in 88.
I'm not able to drive them anymore.. Forced retirement( cancer) I miss it every day.. But I will still stand up for y'all, and know without y'all this country stops. Thank you for what you do. Great video, Tony.. Great song. Y'all Keep On Keepin' On.. Keep the bugs off yer glass, and the bears off yer a__ We gone🤠😎
3rd generation trucker. My moms late husband my step dad came into my life when i was 5. He was an owner op. Had a green and white kw k100 frogman was his handle. Mom started trucking with him in late 80s. He passed away in and she fell for another trucker. He taught me how tondrice and for years me and him ran across this country. Sometime just the 2 of ys, some times my mom went also. Than mt girl friend till she left me. Than my wife for many years. Many times all 4 of us where out there trucking it up. Loving life. Now they are backing down. Mom gave up her cdl few years back. Dads running local. Sure makes you miss the old days when thinfs where little slower and more enjoyable. Still love it though. Just hate the postion the industry is in. Stuck local for now until rates smooth out
This is fantastic! Worked for a major moving company for 45 years and know what is required of these guys to drive cross country. They definitely don’t get enough credit for a great job WELL DONE!
this song always gets me, my grandpa, my dad and I all drove trucks. my dad died behind the wheel in Ga i-75 sb mm 197 and since i was the only driver left in the family i had to go and get his personal effects out of his totaled truck. that almost made me give it up but something kept telling me not to. must've been my dad. retired now but the 2nd verse always hits me hard.
Gotta love this song...I got into trucking by accident. 46 years later and over 4,000,000 miles I just retired 2 months ago. I got a feeling I'm gonna miss it..
Started driving in 63 and except for four years in the Army been driving and working construction ( to support my driving habit ) every since. Still have my CDL . 😉 .
Thanks Tony for shining a light on all the truck drivers across America my husband is retired now due to health issues he drove for 35/ years and he made a good living for me and he loves to watch your videos stay safe and healthy god speed to you and all the truckers out there he hopes to meet you sometime we live in Morristown Tn love ❤you brother and keep cline straight.
I was raised up around truck and equipment because that what my dad was into. I had plans on getting my CDL after high school in the early 90's but i changed my mind. Finally got them in 2005 and wish i went ahead and got them in the 90's. Now my son is following my footsteps and got his license last year at 23 years old. I bought a 97 379 and still got it and bought a 2016 Freightliner Coronado glider in 2019. Im living my dream!! Thank you @TonyJustice for all the music you played and sing!!
This made me cry so hard. Remembering all the times my dad was gone on the road. And how much I missed him and now I do the same thing to my son. And he's always saying he wants me home😢😢😢
Tony Justice that is an excellent video. Love seeing the mountains of eastern TN featured as the backdrop. I will never get tired of the scenery in this area. So many great trucks too. I love looking at them all over the country. Truckers won't blow the horn for a grown woman 🤷♀️

When he had a stroke that took him off the road immediately he always missed driving alot up till he passed away at 61 years old in 1973.
You did it again, Tony! Love this. It reminds me of the times my sons used to go out with me years ago. They're now professional drivers with over a million miles safe driving each. Thanks for the memories Tony!
I'm 3th generation of truckdrivers in our family. After a sidestep of 7 years as a mechanic I finally got behind the wheel for about 28 year now. Driving through Europe. You can't compare with the distances in de US but we all do the same job. If only we would be a bit more appreciated for what we do ... But hey, its like you sing , it's in our blood and we'll keep going
Sing it to em Tony! As an european I finally got my chance to visit america last month, and lemme tell ya: I loved every second of it! Your trucks over there? Damn! Love these black smoke american baddies! The ugly european bricks are nothing like your power packed steel machines! The only thing I was really hoping for was to see my brother of the highway in concert. Oh, how we would've sung these hymns of yours... Maybe I'll have more luck next time? Anyway, truck on Tony! God bless you and everything you do! ❤️
