I have an Argo Bigfoot 6X6, and I fucking love the sound it makes when it's working hard. Nothing beats that "whine" of "I'm getting over this boulder, and no one can tell me otherwise."
yes, rear engine is better at going down a steep hill into the water or mud. Front engine though is better at climbing back out of thoose sistuations. With the front engine, you can always go into the water in reverse
Notice the MAX atvs always get stuck while the Argos push forward, this is all because of the weight balance Argos are designed better with the engine in front.
I'm surprised by the ability of these and the durability. I had a buddy that had a 6 wheel argo way back and he just drove it through the woods and we floated across about 30 feet of pond to get to a hunting spot. I just remember it about knocking my fillings out being the passenger, cool but rough ride.
The ones I’ve been around the rear wheels were driven and the 2 front axles were driven by a chain. So if the chain breaks (which it’s prone to do) your down to a 2 wheel drive

this is a nice piece of machine to play around with, the 1st time i saw 1 of these was in a show called maximum drive
Awesome video! I was very impressed with the Climbing ability of that max four.
It's nice to see kids out enjoying the out doors with parents & sometime able to participate.

Who will be parentless first? 😱😱😱
man what fun that looks the uk have nuffthing like this to go do
I like knowing that when I get a Max it will do stupid things and still stay upright. I think I'll be plenty safe.
it seems like these would get high centered easily
Did you see Prince driving the 6x6 with the kidding the back?
One guy has a roll bar which i think is smartest thing to do.
Do you operate the tours? We are thinking about doing same here along Lake Biwa, Japan.
It looks like they're playing in Uwarrie..
What type of tires are on the one at 3:56
which one was the max four?
This is super cool. But why are those kids not in helmets?!
Helmets are only to protect brains.
Where is this? :D
I need me a couple of these, oh, and a tank.
Why not an Lav so you have a bit of both worlds?
A LAV would work, but a working T72 screams get off my lawn. Don't know if it's considered a NFA item though
Super Swamper Vampire ASX 26" tires
LOOKS LIKE A COUPLE RAN INTO THE FOCKINSTUCKIN MUD PIT
They're definately NOT made for the mud. Not enough clearance.
