When cranking the engine always keep your thumb on the same side as your fingers. Why? Because if the engine backfires it will break your thumb. I once saw this happen. This used to be widely known but times have changed. Not many people still crank big engines.
I've just bought my first Fordson Model F, its a 1919 model, what fuel is yours running on? I will be running on petrol kero... just have to do the restoration first
HELLO MR FORDSON MAN I WOULD LIKE TO SEE YOU DRIVE YOUR TRACTOR I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE DRIVEN THEY SAY THE REAR END HAS A SCREAMING SOUND IVAN FROM ILLINOIS.
Beautiful tractor, thanks.

Der fordson f … eine großartige Entwicklung! Ein Benziner, konvektionskuehlung. Damals ganz vorne …

Yours seems to start easy and run well. The one Mr. Douglas had was a piece of crap.
