"You're telling me that he shot a little girl" You gotta keep in mind that they were strapping children with vests, and sending them to soldiers. After all, who would shoot a kid, right? Unfortunately a lot of these soldiers were forced to do the unspeakable "for their country" and for their own safety. Does it make it right? Hell no. That shouldn't happen in any world.
Not gonna lie. That music you're playing or whatever it is when you pause, is mad corny when you're reacting to something this serious. Disrespectful even bro. Its like you're just not taking the stuff serious
I second this, but also it has has the issue that it's a bit louder than his voice too. Focus of a reaction video has to be on the reactor, not the editing.
I appreciate your reaction and shock about the song. Hope is that he took homethe white flag from the dust...and that is now the flag he trusts - peace. War is ugly - war crimes are reality in every war. Armys, gouvermants, nations, religion and the economy tricks young people to fight for their interests with proposal to be heros. They have to fight wars for them... become criminals and do unhuman things (fight in war and kill people and fear your life makes you do this. Every war in history shows this) and if you survive you come back home as a wrack a destryedhuman. No hero. And because you are briken they let you fall. They are no more usefullfor economics.... STOP IMPERIALISM! STOP WAR! STOP CAPITALISM! STOP SYSTEMS ASKING WAR TO LEGITIMIZE AND FINANCING THEMSELVES!
I agree with every single word you stated, but I disagree with your implication that the soldier in this video/song, was a war criminal. No doubt the U.S. has no business flexing their imperialistic muscles in any country they see fit, but that doesn't mean there's not evil men with no souls, that view innocent youth as nothing but an asset to war in these countries. And that's exactly what many were used for, playing on the kindness of our soldiers, and their missing their own children and family so much, that they showered kids with gifts and hugs. Until kids started showing up for that attention, with non suspicious regular school backpacks. I don't have to tell you what was in the back packs, or how many soldiers a small child wearing a back pack can kill. I can tell you that no one should be put in that position that you must make a snap decision to protect your brothers and sisters, people that have been your family, and probably had your back more than anyone ever has in your young life, and eliminate the threat, at the cost of taking a child's life, or roll the dice that this child honestly doesn't know that your are telling them to stop, and risk a half dozen brothers and sister's lives. I'm not going to pontificate which decision is moral or righteous, but until you have been in that situation, in those combat boots, and forced to make that decision, you or I or anyone, have any right to call their actions a war crime. The real crime is that more people don't see or refuse to see the ugliness of war, and that the real cost of war is paid by our young men and women who must deal with such decisions the remainder of their life. All in order for politicians to get filthy rich by giving arms manufacturers unlimited job security.
Good reaction, just wish you wouldn't have that coptright free music in the background. Given the context of the song, it feels like it denigrates from the value of the song like you're seeking some kind of comedical effect even though your body language is totally not.
Authentic reaction, just some constructive critisism here: your background music is too loud. At least louder than you voice. It should be the other way around. Also, it's all happy music when the video you're reacting to is clearly emotional, kinda throws you off.
Good stuff, bruh. You should react to their song "Make it Stop, September's Children." it covers another pretty heavy topic. If you're in the mood for some heavier music with meaningful lyrics, check out Prison Song by System of a Down
This is based on a true story. This stuff did happen. The soldiers go through unfathomable things and have to make spur of the moment life and death decisions. Kids are used as bait with bombs and guns. A soldier has to decide if possibly just one life is worth their own group of soldiers dying (where the child would die too). I have severe PTSD from my daughter shooting her self in the head in front of me and trying to hold her skull together while waiting for help. I cannot fathom how I would react if I felt forced to do the shooting, if I killed a child, if people were shooting at me. I think I would go off the deep end. I don’t think I would survive it mentally.
Yes, I know that some soldiers has to make a uncomfortable decision for his/hers and/or their squad lives. Also, I'm sorry that you went through that. I do hope you get better.

Lmao, capitalism isn't at fault for these wars. Its all the fault of State power. Name me the last time a war was mostly fought by private soldiers
