I KNEW it was gonna be Danny! Few years back I'm sitting in the car park at Fort William around a week before the world cup waiting for the rain to stop, see Danny riding back and forth, as soon as they opened the gondola he went up. So, I'm waiting and waiting, I thought he should be down by now. I went on the gondola, and right at the top of the track I saw him, he was walking up and another guy was pushing the bike for him. I guess that's what you get when you win the rainbow jersey. I even got to say "good luck next week" to him later that day, "cheers buddy" he said-my conversation with world champion.
Nice video Where is the best place to park at the bottom and where about a roughly do they all start near the go ape thing been a while since I was over that way
Ashley B hi this is an older video it’s been a while since I was there too, but I think you maybe confusing it with somewhere else I’m not aware of a Go Ape anywhere near it... but I could be wrong. As for parking it has it’s own car park and all the trails start just outside the car park there’s a map there too it’s really easy to find your way around.
Go ape is by Wendover woods visitor centre just on the other side of the road. As Headangle says, you want to follow the signs for Aston Hill where they have their own car park
Awesome video thanks for that 😀 it’s good insight for me looking to go there once this lockdown is over as it’s my local. Think I’ll definitely stick to the 2 easier runs until I get little more experience 😆

looks terrifying! auuugh! i go 80 downhill on my road bike, no problem, but there are no trees! wow! you guys have serious skills and balls of steel.
The rampage drop used to be a lot bigger because there was no plank there to save you

Surface to air needs a a complete re do because it’s so destroyed now
Great video looking to go there when I get a free day 👍🇬🇧
Great video, it's a good park but that climb/walk up is a killer
Good exercise though
@@robert8077 it puts me off riding there to be honest, I can't ride up and it's just too knackering to walk up more than 3 times.
@@robertbransby Going on 17th March for 1st time never been yet
@@robert8077 cool, hopefully you find it a bit easier 😃👍
