Howdy from Sacramento Gerard! Here in California, our 2 week early season for dove just ended yesterday. I was able to get out and get a few (our bag limit is 15 per day). I brine the dove in salt and brown sugar for about 4 hours and then wrap them in bacon on the grill. They are indeed delicious. We just had them last night w rice, corn on the cob, and French bread. Cheers!

There are a lot of problems with Carat Impact. In my Bangladesh, repairing it is very expensive. I'm using Crown now without Impact and having a lot of fun but it would have been nice to upgrade more power.
a tip I learned on cleaning birds. You lay them on their back and spread the wings and place your feet on each side of the breast as close to the breast as you can. and pull on the legs everything comes off except the wings. The fresher the better. The longer you wait to do it the harder it is.. Make sure the head is facing away from you. Enjoy
I am having trouble understanding. It sounds like your feet would secure the wings so they would tear off the body, but you say the wings stay on but everything else comes off? I'm really lost and would appreciate your re-stating it somehow or attempting to make it more clear to me. Thanks!
@@dingfeldersmurfalot4560 you lay the bird on its back and spread the wings out. Place your feet on the wings as close to the body as you can. Pull on legs everything will come out and leave the wings attached to the breast because it is a strong bone. Works 90% of the time with any bird. Hope that helps
