Is the "Sling Shot" effected by the TBS or Feeder # in settings? What is a good number to have those set at on a EMT16 Plus?

I have 2 EMT16 machines when I start the machine it's head move to needle no.1 but it not stop between center of the needle plate it stops left side of the needle plate I done needle case calibration but it still not fix.how can I fix it
