I personally would like to see SIA approved training programs updated to include; how to deal with a person taking photographs or video from both inside and outside of any private property with public access such as this Sainsbury's example. Being SIA licensed in both Frontline and CCTV Operations myself, I know this kind of training exercise is not included with many of the training programs offered by SIA trainers!
From a Sociological point of view, people in society will always find their own way irrespective of how other people themselves may interact!

Hes doing good for himself for being a bit special needs just a little misinformed
If you are making a rhetorical point, there is no need to preface 'Personally I would like to see..'
It is obviously your opinion not that of a nearby cowpat.
This is how people phrase their thoughts to others to make it sound more important and significant than it really is. It is a form of intellectual bullying. Which is evident in your manner in the videos. Again I ask if you really expect anything other than a moronic response from anyone you choose to interact with.
Make me delete it
I EFFINF dare you
A brainless security guard then Forrest Gump turns up
My word what a thick, uneducated, ineffective, robotic security guard and the manager was at the end of the queue when intelligence was handed out. You are so polite and knowledgeable. Well done!
Everyone has a right to be stupid, but that security guy is abusing that right!
Gonna use that on one day. Luv it.
love how they dress like paratroopers to stand outside sainsburys.
It makes me wonder if the arrogance and ineptitude of security guards is a prerequisite for the role!
Of course it is, they are not expecting uni students to take the role for sure, bottom of the barrel this way please.
Who is the clown so secruity guard with no SIA badge on show should be worn at all times when working on duty telling a member of the public to move on from a public place and the manger is a disgrace to Salisbury no laws being broken in this video
Security guard is as thick as .........
Right. That Sainsbury security is not stupid enough to actually think he's got the authority to tell you to stop filming. Surely not.
Is he a Dalek in his ither job ?
wtf ? what a crazy security guard? thanks for highlighting what happened to you
What a total prat 🙄
Did you notice 16 people walked out with a TV under their arm's ? The security and manager didn't. 😄
He's applied to become a PSCO 12 times and been rejected 12 times and he now guards the frozen peas at sainsburys
The security guard is bloody hilarious, his mum probably ties his boot laces for him.
His mum will have made him a special tea for after held her how fearlessly he defended that doorway.
"Turkey dinosaurs, curly fries with red sauce for my big brave boy!" "all washed down with ribena from a sippy cup, well done son!" 🤔🙄😘😂
I had to reply as the thumbs up was not enough. Your comments were so right and so funny I laughed out loud!
@@davymac3882 why thank you kind sir. I'm glad it amused you.
Lmfao TD's as well 🤣
Having qualified as one of the nation’s leading legal brains, Thomas shaved his head and took a job in store security earning £8.71 per hour.
Lmao!
How a ridiculous security guard can embarrass himself his company and his employer in just a few idiotic words, ''just because you cant see it doesn't mean its not on display'' what an idiotic statement to make, as for photography laws, he is clueless.
(How to distract the security away from their duties and carry out shoplifting without being interrupted)
NUMPTY TIME Security ...😂
another security guard that failed the police force
That guys entire mental process..
" I'm in the special forces and I'm actually a terminator or some other absolutely unstoppable killing machine, I'm dressed in black combat clothing so I'm hard as nails..I'm only here at weekends to earn a few extra pounds '
What an absolute plank of wood.
I'm amazed hes allowed to dress like that..very disconnect not to mention delusional.
You cant record in the shop but Tesco can record without asking permission.
8:15 Being filmed whilst he's on private property has nothing to do with the Data Protection act and GDPR. Being filmed applies no matter where you are. But it doesn't apply to individuals, especially those who are carrying out a personal activity. Yet another lie.
I think the security lad was dropped as a baby. 🤡
Oh boy if this is what they are being taught then sainsburys certainly dont give a contract to a reputable company
1:55 He has no authority to demand that you delete your footage. For one thing your delete button is broken. And for another he is exceeding his authority and his job in making that demand. He is using his intimidating uniform and his mask which hides his identity (notice that no one else is wearing a mask) to issue his demand. I would consider his intimidation of someone who is not causing disruption to the shop's customers to be at the level of a verbal warning.
How about this one a careworker just finished a 15hr shift went to his local Asda just after work been there multiple times this occasion been followed around the store with a staffing member writing things down on a clip board then ask to leave by a female member of staff saying we don't like the way you shop the man stunned tried to reason with the Asda shop staff member bit not having any of it not stole a thing put his basket down and was told to leave just cos they didn't like the way he shopped maybe worth an investigation banaman.
Just a thought 🙂👍.
By law he must have his sia license on display
Any idiot can get an SIA licence, all you have to do is turn up to the course, you dont have to listen or understand anything because the supervisor will give out the answers after the test so its impossible to fail. Its easier than getting a tv licence.
IQ of a flip-flop
And PLOD wants to extend their powers to outside security firms!
The thicker they are, the more authority they believe they have.
I worked for j Sainsbury's for just over 24 yrs. When the company went public it only took 2 yrs before the standard of employees was dropped so low that many good staff had to leave due to being managed by 22 yr olds that had the common sense of a chipmunk. This manager is Forrest gumps cousin...
Forrest Gump had more brain's than this snowflake.
Ha haaaaaaaaaaaaa
You can see the stupid seeping out of him
Brain of Britain there, sounds like he's had a lobotomy
Security is a total bell end right mug
Lol I was waiting for the wanabe SAS guard who looks like a highway man to say "Stand and deliver!" Lol
This Sainbury's shop seem to need security because they are in the middle of town and probably get quite a few homeless and drug addicts. But that doesn't mean that security can interact with everyone the same way. Security need to realise that they need to be polite so long as they are having to handle a violent person. It requires real social skills, not just to be intimidating.
Ill educated, jack booted storm troopers guarding corner shops? What the actual fook is happening in Blighty?
what an ill mannered security guard.
This video is everything wrong about that country. The lack of civility, the passive-agressive behaviour. The lack of even basic common sense.
3:09 He has no authority to demand that you go on your way. He is exceeding his authority and his job in making that demand. He is using his intimidating uniform and his mask which hides his identity (notice that no one else is wearing a mask) to issue his demand. I would consider his intimidation of someone who is not causing disruption to the shop's customers to be at the level of a verbal warning.
Hilarious 🤣
That security guard sounds like he's pre programmed.🤣
Just like the filth he's mimicking
What a tool this entitled guard is, and with no Common sense he should be ashamed of himself. I have held a SIA license since 2014, the training received is to observe and report. Engaging with the public is never encouraged unless to help and inform in a polite manner, otherwise keep your mouth shut.🇬🇧
May be store manager told him to do it who knows.
Respect
Security, bloody clueless where do they get them from. IQ 0%
Everyone gets video recorded with their cameras ffs! Lol Mugs!
Wonder what his mum made for his tea, for being a good boy.
GDPR does not state you have to delete any images. It only states that any images of a subject have to be made available to the subject when requested.
Individuals recording images as a pastime are not covered by GDPR.
Geez, what an absolute plank. Could he be any more wrong. The manager wasn't much better.😖🙄
It’s nice to see the dim have been given a job.
I feel uncomfortable with Sainsbury's filming me but I have NO say in that
Surely he should know these very basic policies and laws as they’re so pertinent to his job.
I sometimes wonder if these guys think they're part of some elite special forces unit all dressed up in black with some sort of protective vest. Everyone only started wearing black after the SAS were issued black 'boiler suits' for the siege on the Iranian embassy in 19080. Standing and half blocking the doorway isn't particularly helpful either.
Of Course they do Lol. To be fair I used to dress up in combat gear etc on the scout camps but then I was only 12 Hehe.
Answering questions must be above the Sainsburys employees pay grade...
Just earned yourself a subscriber. Brilliantly done sir.
security are failed or wannabe cops that think they can arbitrate what the law is outside the premises they're contracted to work on.
i hope he gets his clock tuned up real good, along with his employer.
Clock tuned up? Lmfao please confirm the meaning mate though I have a good idea.
tell the dummy to stop blocking the door
Robots are looking far more human-like these days. It's just their audio function - they chucked in a cheap 'moron' unit to keep the price down, as you can see.
Good video. He said his SIA badge was on display??? Many thanks Banaman.
Someone should check his best before date, he has a stinky attitude.
he scares me he does 😂😂😂
well done banaman edcated this clueless security guard
Security by numbers, dot to dot mentality, such a robot.
They have no more powers than any customer, if someone is acting inappropriately within their assigned place of work, then yes they can use their assertiveness within reasonable official guidelines, to confront any inappropriately behaviour.
But....they are still civilians, who are accountable for their actions, and guards like this one are dangerous, they believe their own hype, blinkered and robotic, we need Security guards who can fill out a application with a pen, not crayons...🛎🔚
Security was an absolute bell end
What about the guy sticking a camera in his face while.working?
7:15 Filming him whilst he's on private property is *not* an offence. He's lying *again*. How many lies does this guy issue?
7:40 Opps, he's just shown that he has been briefed on the rules and understands that he has to show it the authorities (police and SIA). That proves that he will also have been told to have his badge on display at all times. I can imagine that he's not been trained on that aspect since you see many other SIA licensed staff wearing their's on their arm on a lanyard. So he is deliberately ignore the conditions of his license.
it seems his only purpose is to block the entrance
1) Don't Sainsbury film us?, 2) I think we have a right to see somebodies face and the manager should have seen the security guard covering his face as weird. 3) You can film anything you can see from a public space.
Why is he wearing a poppy in March? Has he forgotten to remember about Remembrance? It shows a lack of respect and appreciation.
He maybe ex military . They wear poppy badges on uniforms all year round.
5:15 "If he doesn't want to be recorded, that's his rights". Sooooo wrong. He is being recorded already - by Sainsbury's. He has no right to not be filmed. The human rights act to have a private life doesn't apply in this situation as he is working and not going about his private life and is in public. Also, the human rights act doesn't apply to individuals, it applies to the state and organisations.
1:55 You ask if he is recording you. It's a general question, not necessarily aimed at him personally. And he lies when he says no. And the proof? The monitor above his left shoulder showing the back of him and you.
He should be in the fruit section...WITH THE REST OF THE LEMONS..
Ha,ha,ha no wonder he's a security guard.
Its so frustrating watching these new security guards covid has churned out completely under trained thinking they have power u have zero power over the public
Grow a pair, it's a camera. Go into any shop, high street, your being filmed without your consent. They wont stop filming you if you don't consent.
I have been there done that and will continue to do that when I feel like it, in the meantime, have you ever seen a man offer a police man an opportunity to arrest him or fist him... Click this link to take you to the exact moment only I would be silly enough to do; ua-cam.com/video/WqlGMRKiVXw/v-deo.html I also went in to the bank and started barking like a dog... I don't always use my balls, sometimes I choose an alternative option depending on what the mood takes me...
Not a very clever SAS wannabe.
ffs stands in doorway making sure the rds safe ,, yet shop is unsecure
Lmfao, shop lifters pull this trick often, keep the goon busy while they lift until their heart is content.
What a dummy.
What a dork he is 😂 sounds like a robot
Drone
Who was operating this prat dressed like special forces protecting a fruit and veg shop
Lmfao
Lol, I think he’s part of an elite fruit & veg protection squad.
Nothing compares to you mr security guard !
🎵🎵 🎤🎤. 🎵🎵
It took a while........
But I "got it" eventually..
Its not mandatory to display once security badge. If they have an approved SIA licence they can start working.
Looks like a wanna be SAS trooper
He is more of an obstruction in that door way , maybe his job is a door wedge
You should of let the security guard know that he was going to be famous on UA-cam , great audit.
🤣🤣🤣🤣that was so funny. Stop recording. As he is on tv behind him. Wonder how many times he tried to join the police force.
It don;t get much dumber than this.
Must be a condition that you have to be clueless to be a security guard.
I think he must think he's in the SS they dressed in black to and thought they had authority to he's one badly informed security guard
That security guard doesn’t have any brain cells does he ?
Little and Lost - says the sign to his right.
@@marksinclair946 lol
they give sia badges in lucky bags now.....confirmed
Nothing lucky about that then
Comment 9:48. Paramilitary at the door of Sainsbury?
The quasi Stazi outfit always seems to give them brain frazzle?
MUPPET HEAD! LET HIM KNOWN AS THAT FROM NOW ON! LOL
Should of told them this guy the law. Anything u see from public u can film
Seeing that a man was charged recently with impersonating Police because he wore dark clothing with stickers all over it and a helmet with a blue light on top, shouldn't the security idiot also be charged.
Not him personally his company should be charged.
Mr. Effeminate the "Security Guard" 😂
Are you assuming its gender? 😂
perceived authority destroyed 🤣🤣
Did Tesco`s have no trolly pushing jobs? I would also like to know what drugs your on with eyes like saucers
😂😂😂😂😂😂 hilarious.
Fair play to the 'unwanted' star of the show door guy who, for someone who didn't want to be recorded has got to spend more time on the silver screen than Robert Di Nero 🥳🥳
If the security guard cut himself would blood come out or would oil , hydrolic fluid and sparks appear ?? I wonder what his mates think when they realise he's actually a brown shirt .
Empty vessels make the most noise.
@@themilktrayman7369 Good one .
This place and him need a mass audit.
Spot on sia has to be on display to the public
No id on show he is not Security simple as that. Why do they continue to employ people in a security role who have no idea regarding law? 😁
What a drip!
I have given you a bit if grief in the past for targeting ordinary working people but I am nearly 47 now and remember the old days lol. These younger generation are completely brain dead or rather some of them and I'm beginning to appreciate what you are doing a bit more now .
Whether they are going to get any education from it who knows and I suspect they are already in the matrix but it's worth a go Lol 🌚😎🌈🇱🇷❤️
Thanks for your open comment, I often get misunderstood, but I also recognise that there are more people realising that there is a bigger picture if presented reasonably in the first place... It's been a bit of a learning curve for myself along the way and I feel like the more I myself become reasonable, it still somehow highlights that it's mainly the camera thats the problem, not necessarily always the person holding it. If people was more thoughtful of how they themself present themself in front of a camera, then there would be less of a reason to be concerned about the camera... I do believe the camera is the main part of the bigger picture.
@@BANAMAN I agree 100%. I enjoy your videos for the most part and think you do a difficult but great job which alot of people probably don't understand how hard it is.
