  • I know Worldfire was legalized in Commander a while back, but I never got around to finishing this video until now. Regardless, I threw Worldfire into Sliver with little to no revisions to my mainboard list, and I can't tell if I should be proud of myself or disappointed.

Fun combo, and it's pretty balanced when you consider it's a 14 Mana combo that has a chance to completely whiff if you get bad coin tosses. I'd prefer this over consultation + thoracle any day

Mfw the magic gathers (I've never played Magic: the Gathering)

I'd be fine losing to this! It's a 9 mana sorcery spell and the game is pretty much over straight away. Requires a creature in play and a few creatures at least.
Worldfire sucks if you just cast it and dont have a way to win, those games are baaaaad. But this is better than someone resolving expropriate and taking 30 minutes to kill us.

Hahaha well said, well said. I tend to play in more casual playgroups, so my perception of salt inducing sorceries may be warped compared to many.

Is there a way to play this online?

There's a good few ways to play, both officially and not.
MTG Arena is a great way to learn the mechanics of the game. It doesn't have my favorite formats, but it's a fun and more user-friendly approach to the game. MTGOnline is another approach, but much more hardcore and requires you to purchase cards and participate in tournaments (I haven't played it myself so this opinion is second hand).
If you have your own decks in paper you want to play online, there's loads of Table Top mods on Steam to play with friends! When my friends are out of town we'll upload our deck lists and hop into Table Top Simulator to fool around. It doesn't keep track of life totals or anything, though, so it's basically playing paper magic without the paper lol.
