I do! I suspect is has more to do with length of time around here and how many hits and likes over its life that push it up. Many years ago a copy of this that had loads of likes and comments and somehow the video got corrupted and would cut off after a few seconds. People complained and eventually other poor copies of the original started showing up.
Now you have me curious! The problem with trying to recognise anything in Perth is it tears itself down and rebuilds with great frequency. If you have sharp enough eyes, find a higher quality upload and it's on a big enough screen maybe try pausing at 3.15? There's a for sale sign - i can't distinguish any details - phone number/company might reveal approx location. A couple of scenes of that car driving look like East Freo to me. Some parts of the promo are filmed in the northern suburbs (slumming it for Peppy Grove boys but I digress). There's the Marmion Supa-Valu, and the messy gobbling on the car bonnet happens in Osbourne Park (the phone number prefix in the back ground gives it away). The drive by of the rows of brick houses look very northern surburbs-ish however could've been in one of plenty of new developments built in Perth, early 80s. They do look like larger, better versions of the freshly built Homeswest (public housing) place in Balga my family moved into in '82 when I was 4. All that recently cleared scrub and fucking sand is very familiar. But I'm biased by what my surroundings looked like at the time and memories from early childhood aren't the most reliable. I presume a Perthite in their 50s or 60s might be a better help? If you locate it, do share :)
