I love this, thank you for speaking on a man who has good character and not completely overlooking him because he may not be fully enthralled in his Christian walk. I think it’s just more of a call on women to continue to seek God in this area of their lives rather than just trying to go out on dates that will more than likely lead to nothing. I appreciate this conversation, I hope everyone who needs to hear this and be open minded in Christ does ❤
I'm annoyed with the fact that the men I encounter are completely different from what I'm looking for in a partner. They no longer genuinely want to go out with you or get to know you. I constantly find someone who is more at ease texting me than actually meeting me and getting to know me, or I run into someone who portrays themselves in one manner and then attacks me emotionally and psychologically when they get close. I'm beginning to wonder what am I attracting.
This is the perfect time to read about what a wife is and be that. At its core, a wife is a virtuous woman. Focus more on learning about Jesus and on becoming a wife. Because in order for you to have more, you have to be more. Lastly, I would say that you should increase your expectations of God and work more on thinking about the outcomes you desire in dating. I know your past shows you that some men aren't good. Have faith and expect the next man you date to have good character and sound morals.
@I feel like my past has me in a chokehold. I fear rejection just because I was abandoned. I got used to disappointment. It started with my parents. I started seeing it in friendships. I experienced two relationships. I’m tired. I just want to be loved properly.
@@Sznofken we feel for your past what you’ve gone through wasn’t great at all. However, it has given you endurance and we can’t wait to hear your testimony. No one can love us as properly as God, so continue you to make Him the person where you get the most love from.
For me, I think I wait too long to see if the potential will turn into something more productive. How long do you wait before you realize there is no potential here versus giving them grace for where they are in life.
To answer your question, no one can tell you how long to wait. However, continue to seek God and sincerely ask for wisdom and discernment with that situation. Make it apart of you daily devotion and prayer. I promise you’ll know the answer then.
It is Converse
Thank you 🙏🏾😂

If the potential comes with them moving in action towards their goals then that’s something to give grace to and be patient with.
