I'm happy to see that these fine people mostly enjoyed our Independence Day dishes. My faves are potato salad and deviled eggs. My goodness, Mehboob's English is really coming along! I really liked how he asked for the knife and fork.. Great video, folks..I enjoyed watching!
Interesting, everyone defines freedom differently. I heard him say going to the market without fear of something happening. Very humbling. I love these videos!
😄The lack of paprika on those deviled eggs threw me off a little... my grandmother would have been absolutely scandalized though! Also, just a tip on the ice cream sandwich, the ice cream should always be a nice thick layer to balance out the cookie. 😉
I think they might like alternative versions, I like my deviled eggs made why apple cider vinegar, onions, chives and horseradish. Spicy with a complex and layered taste. (Balance is very important.) And for dessert where was the layer cake with the white frosting and the rows of strawberries and corner of blueberries.
Most of the time I just add a bunch of regular paprika..but sometimes smoked paprika. Another way that takes more effort is also adding some bacon pieces and some jalapeno on top.
It’s truly a proud moment for me and all the brahui community when our beautiful language is being represented. I cannot be more grateful to Reactistan for every hard work they are putting to make these videos. Thank you and keep going 🙌🏼♥️

@John Fischer I think they meant to say "a cold", or in other words, a stuffy/runny nose... which would be bad trying to blow air through it when laughing.
@John Fischer Not a medical but psychological reason. When people are too shy to show their teeth while laughing from their early childhood, this happens.
It could be a cultural thing also. There are people who were brought up quietly, and not so boisterous, know what I mean? Maybe she just grew up on a quieter level, and laughs quietly through her nose?
Enjoyed this video. Especially at the end over eating the ice cream sandwich which I have never had like this with flag on it. Must have been homemade, despite that the statement about disrespecting us by eating the flag was so much appreciated as some here disrespect it in many ways. Is good to see someone who has respect for national symbols. This video was insightful. Please believe me I was not offended in any way. We do use flag symbol as decorating some times.
Just a note on differing taste results for people when eating: When I was taking Biology in college, we did a test of how each of us taste things differently. What tasted bitter to my lab partner was bland to me. Another student tasted something that she felt was way too sweet, but her lab partner thought it tasted just right. The genes we are born with and cultural influences all result in differences in perceptions of tastes or aromas between different peoples. Our genes alter our sense of taste and smell, and this affects our food preferences. What may taste delicious to you may taste bitter or bland to another person. My dad HATED cilantro. He said it tasted like bar soap. I like cilantro and do not get a soapy taste from it. This is why I never ask someone, "How can you not like it? It's yummy!" Yeah, it might be yummy to me but to another, it may taste yucky.
It seemed to me that the dishes needed more spices. When I first saw the deviled eggs I knew it wasn't going to be a big hit. They had not put paprika on them. And the potato salad probably needed black pepper and some celery for crunch.

I love 😘 cilantro. I put it in everything. But I ALSO love 🔥spicy foods. 480,000 scollville units is 💣 AF when you wanna 🥳 party. But 8500 is enough for everyday use. I like coffee ☕, I drink it black. I like beer of many types 🍺, had over 750 kinds. Including hopped up 🌲🍊 ones. My dad however, doesn't like any of that 🤔. BUT you know what I HATE? 🍌🤢 Bananas are the 👿 Devil's food unless it's balanced by something else like Strawberry 🍓. It's terrible in it's pure form. The worst is the stench. 🦨👃
It’s true though, lol. That is the literal meaning. Though technically I think it’s kind of used to describe how the mixture was mixed a lot or whatever. I think, like how we say beat the eggs sometimes meaning mix them.

As a 40 year old American this makes me so happy to see another culture experience our traditions. I wish I could have the opportunity to do the same. Best wishes to everyone at reactistan.
Congratulations! The barbecue ribs got a 5 out of 5 approval from the judges panel 👍
Why can't you do the same? You're American. Your country is filled with different cultures and their food.
Looks like they got it all wrong to me.
@@mtr3754 we “Americanize” everything lol
In Canada we enjoy potato salad, ribs just like the Americans do, 😊
If mehboob continues to learn at this rate his English will be better than mine and that’s the only language I know.
lmaoo good one
Every time I see someone criticize a person learning English as a second language, I am angered, but I am full of respect for the person learning, my kids barely speak the language they were raised with 😂😂😂
@@debstacey4785 the effort should always be appreciated but I remember even from a young age sometimes I’d even chuckle at some different pronunciations
Don't be silly.
I love the honest observations of their experiences!! Such happy people!! From Chicago!!!
The VIP girl always makes me laugh and her smile is so beautiful
I'm happy to see that these fine people mostly enjoyed our Independence Day dishes. My faves are potato salad and deviled eggs. My goodness, Mehboob's English is really coming along! I really liked how he asked for the knife and fork.. Great video, folks..I enjoyed watching!
Her saying "you stay calm and sit down. Let me get down to business" is me whenever the deviled eggs come out😂
@@insertname193 Those eggs needed some paprika to liven up the dish. More of them would have liked it.
Interesting, everyone defines freedom differently. I heard him say going to the market without fear of something happening. Very humbling. I love these videos!
Funny how Pakistan and the USA have something in common.. celebrating independence from the British..
lol I think on average theres a country around the globe celebrating independence from Britain every 7 days
Britain colonized half the world and enslaved the other half more.
there are 65 different independence days around the world because of england lol
Imagine being the single most powerful kingdom in the world and still losing 13 colonies to a bunch of sweaty unwashed peasants
Not really funny. Half the world celebrates independence from the British.
😄The lack of paprika on those deviled eggs threw me off a little... my grandmother would have been absolutely scandalized though!
Also, just a tip on the ice cream sandwich, the ice cream should always be a nice thick layer to balance out the cookie. 😉
No paprika = half-deviled eggs, it isn't a finished dish and will show some blandness in the flavor.
I would have been shocked if I got deviled eggs without paprika on them!
I think they might like alternative versions, I like my deviled eggs made why apple cider vinegar, onions, chives and horseradish. Spicy with a complex and layered taste. (Balance is very important.)
And for dessert where was the layer cake with the white frosting and the rows of strawberries and corner of blueberries.
Most of the time I just add a bunch of regular paprika..but sometimes smoked paprika. Another way that takes more effort is also adding some bacon pieces and some jalapeno on top.
@@c.odubhlaoich2948 see I put my bacon pieces in the deviled egg mix!!! Whew!!! Fye!!!!
Naseeba, you are a wonderfully funny and beautiful person. Thank you for letting us get to know you. Good health and happiness to you and your family.
I enjoyed the man who who was hesitant and did not want to be disrespectful in eating the ice cream flag. Good manners !, yes yes yes. A good man.
And here in America we have calvin klein flag underwear lol.
I’ve only ever seen those on the ice cream trucks as a kid.
Me, a Texan, watching them eat Texas BBQ ribs: God only knows what they actually put on it, but back in my village we go for Stubb's BBQ
I'm in Alabama.
Keep a bottle of stubbs in the fridge. Their sauce is fantastic. Better than even sweet baby rays, and that stuff slapps.

His English is great!!

Why was paprika not added to the devilled eggs? And what in the world was that ice cream sandwich? As an American I don't think I've ever seen a less appetizing, unidentifiable dessert. Glad they liked the BBQ though!
Those ribs weren't cooked properly. The meat should have been falling off the bone. I would love to see an American pit master cook the meat with the spices they are used to. Would be a lovely way to show that our cultures can mix
Well to be fair the ice cream sandwich was homemade so it's not going to look like something out of a factory.
Yeah same
I bet the deviled eggs was just mayo and yoke....
The eggs and ribs didn't look right. Deviled eggs need paprika on top. These looked so so sad without them and the ribs looked very dry.
They are so humble, respectful and beautiful people.
Thank you so much for the love❤️❤️
I'm American and I've never tried a American flag ice cream sandwich 😆
Haha
Me either
Same. American here. I've had ice cream sandwiches, but they're never decorated. I love how they're willing to try new food though.
This! What Americans are they talking about ?
The who menu was horrible hard ribs, bland potato salad, and ice cream sandwiches? I'm confused with this whole thing.
Thank you Pakistan 🇵🇰! Much love from America 🇺🇸!
I love how respectful the content of this channel is. Been watching it for years! Blessings for all of you!❤️
Back to another episode of Naseeba and her quick wits

Careful: Learning English and American stuff is making Mehboob even more sassy than he used to be. 😆
yeah! First he ordered team member to bring knife and fork. Then he realized he is getting ahead of himself. SO he said thankyou XD!
😂
I think he and two others didn’t feel comfortable eating it with their hands. To us it’s a sandwich so we grab with our hands, but I think he was expecting silverware
He's learning the language, so his thoughts are probably in making himself understood as plainly as possible.
He spoke very plainly.
@@bigfotpeesonyoutube9647, that doesn't change the fact that he's sassy AF. XD
Loved Naseeba's straight-forward talk about her home. This is what keeps bringing me back to this channel- their honesty, innocence, laughter keeps bringing me back to this channel. Little do they know they are impacting lives of a lot of people, more than they even imagined, especially during these tough times. ❤❤
Kastoori is so funny and witty! She has a special light about her that brightens the room.

"Why is this 'toothpaste' squeezed on top?" - best comment in any of these videos ever!
Just found this channel yesterday, and i love it! These people are amazing and hilarious ☺️
Let's pray Amita never gets cold... She laughs from her nose...
@John Fischer It's probably some sort of cultural saying that doesn't really translate well into english
@John Fischer I think they meant to say "a cold", or in other words, a stuffy/runny nose... which would be bad trying to blow air through it when laughing.
Mehboob is doing awesome with his English! Thanks for another great video everyone, it's a lot of fun to see people try new or exotic things
I'm from Costa Rica, our independence day is September 15th
Enjoyed this video. Especially at the end over eating the ice cream sandwich which I have never had like this with flag on it. Must have been homemade, despite that the statement about disrespecting us by eating the flag was so much appreciated as some here disrespect it in many ways. Is good to see someone who has respect for national symbols. This video was insightful. Please believe me I was not offended in any way. We do use flag symbol as decorating some times.
Just a note on differing taste results for people when eating:
When I was taking Biology in college, we did a test of how each of us taste things differently.
@@Movetheproduct What are you talking about?
Interesting...my cultures food uses a lot of different spices so I like pretty much anything except sea food lol

I laughed when Manzoor ate with a knife and said "I eat like Mama Mustafa"
Also I'm really impressed with Mehboob's English, he's getting so good!
better than yours
Mehboob, your english is getting really good! Keep at it!
The looks on their faces when she described deviled eggs as Satan eggs lol.
😂
🤣😂😅😭😭😭
It’s true though, lol. That is the literal meaning. Though technically I think it’s kind of used to describe how the mixture was mixed a lot or whatever. I think, like how we say beat the eggs sometimes meaning mix them.
I never really knew why they called it deviled eggs in the first place?
@@MHCE444 me neither. All I can say is they've been called that for the longest. I know they didn't boil the hell out of them or else they'd be angel eggs lol.
Happy Independence Day! For those who do not know, the colors on the flag have meaning. The blue represents justice. The red, valor and the blood of people who died to protect it. White is the color of innocence and purity. There are 50 stars which represent each state and 13 stripes which are the 13 original colonies. Thank you for trying our foods! 🇺🇸
Salut for using real American flag instead of liberian one, coz i have seen a lot of these fails
Interesting information. I recommend everyone to watch _America: The motion Picture (2021)_ on this independence day. The movie gives you some great insight of the whole struggle and unity of people of America for freedom
“White is the color of innocence and purity” lmao no wonder why America is full of white nationalist, we should change it to black in honor of BLM and to be more inclusive 🖤
