An issue of a bi-monthly video news program for Westrail staff. This special edition focuses on the Indian Pacific and its 4,000 km trans-Australian journey from Perth to Sydney. Looks at the work of the conductors, including ensuring all passengers have tickets and looking after the needs of the passengers. Examines the food on the Indian Pacific by looking at the work and high standards of the Forrestfield Catering Section, then the work of the Westrail Travel Centre who are responsible for booking, this is followed by some viewers videos, the manufacture of steel sleepers at Whyalla for Westrail and the importance of interstate freight.
