An issue of a bimonthly video news program for Westrail staff released in 1989. Covers the opening of the Narngulu Operations Centre which will handle freight operations for the Geraldton region, the Midland Workshop's casting of cast iron components for the new electric rail system and also give an update on the work undertaken for the electrification of Perth's urban rail system. Also looks at the Employee Participation Scheme and how the Midland Workshop has contributed, includes viewer’s videos, film from the Railroads first-aid competition, national and state finals and finally some vision of the Flying Scotsman train when it visited Western Australia.
