One more year for the Malibu … no hybrid… but is it still a worthy competitor as a gas model?
My 2022 Tesla model 3 long range dual motor has a wheelbase just 2 inches longer. I get between 143 and 147 MPGe. It has 425 HP, does 0.95 g on the skidpad and tops out at 140 MPH if I wish. I like Toyota's chassis, but their powerplants are dismal these days. I think they're missing out because they put so much effort into hydrogen power which hasn't brought them success.
Good god that grill looks awful.
Grandpa style for people over 70 years old.
Spoken like a 12 y.o.

Says someone that probably drives a basic rav4.
Hey, I’m only 65! (I was 62 when I bought my 2022 Camry Hybrid SE Nightshade) I don’t mind the style, I’ve owned 23 motorcycles including at least 6 superbikes, I just want to cruise now, at least in my car.
$50,000 for a slow appliance with a CVT. Toyota is losing touch.
I don't care if it starts at $30,000. That's for a stripped-down model. AWD in the north is a must.
Actually, I goofed up, the MSRP for this vehicle is $45,543 including designation.
@DrivenCarReviews Thank you for the correction, Tom! $45,000 is a lot, but it makes me feel a bit better about the car as a whole at that price. Loved the video nonetheless!
Ecvt has planetary gears with a gear lever. Do not be confused with Nissan rubber band jatco cvt.
"all hybrid" is an oxymoron.
I wasted 13 mins watching this and not one word about the price?
What did you watch? There's literally a segment on pricing.
I did state pricing, but I made a mistake. The price of the car I tested was $45,500
Who would buy this dinosaur
12:13 "kanmuri"
Tom: Perhaps you could have asked your wife on how to pronounce that word because you butchered it. 🫣
